This is worst place to learn your music lessons.I signed up one section for my kid. The lesson was not taught well and their staff didn't coordinated well of the lessons too. The teacher didn't know each time who is coming and what lesson he needs to teach. We decide not to continue the lessons. Since we already paid for the first section of 4 lessons. we finished the 4 lessons. One day before the second section started, we called music and arts and canceled the second section. (the first time you signed up the lesson, the contract said automatic renew to next section unless canceled advance). The lady said everything was taken care of.When our credit card statement came next month, we saw the charge for the second section that we didn't renew.I called them, staff said it would be refunded.Next month, credit card statement came, no refund at all.I called them again, staff said it would be refunded. When new credit card statement came, no refund at all. I knew Music and Arts only care about charging your money, they won't refund any money back to you even though it should.I called my credit card company and explained what happened. My credit card company just refunded the money directly to me.In a week, I received a mail from Music and Arts, said I have an unpaid balance for the second section lessons. I called Music and Arts. The lady who answered the phone told me she was the one helped me cancel the lesson and she remembered the thing. She said she would talk to the manager and get the charge off.In a couple days, I received a mail from a third part company, it is a debtor collector company, said I have unpaid balance with Music and Arts. This really pissed me off. This is an evil business practice to their customers. They charge customers fees that customers didn't owe and if customers don't pay, they send to collection company to ruin customers credit.Stay away from this kind of Evil Company as far as you can!

Even though a sister company to Guitar Center this a a gem. The staff is extremely nice and very helpful. My son is in his school marching band but he is taking Jazz guitar lessons to be able to play Guitar in Jazz band. They allow goal oriented lessons so you can accelerate to a performance level that you wish to attain. Not just learning what the teacher wants you to learn which make it more engaging for the student. Of course they probably have teacher led lessons as well. My son said that Aaron has helped him more in 3 lessons than his other teacher taught him in a year.

I was delighted to accidentally find this hidden gem. It has a really nice library of sheet music and lesson books for various instruments. There are tons of keyboards, reed and brass instruments. I plan on returning soon. Thanks for the great visit.

I went to a handful of stores in Saint Louis trying to find a wood clarinet. I haven’t played for over 6 years since I got burnt out of it in college (or what I thought was burn-out, long story.) I went in and saw they had a few models on their wall and Luke M was so helpful answering what questions they could (they’re a keyboard player, not clarinet.) I was able to play test two of the models they had and exited the practice room with my credit card ready to go on the Buffet E11 I tried. I’m so excited to get back into the instrument I first picked up when I was 11 or so. I got an incredible deal compared to what I thought I would be spending online for this kind of instrument with a great two year warranty with maintenance. I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anybody looking to pick up an instrument. Plus you get to give money to a local business instead of the Guitar Center next door (I have beef with them lol.) Who knows, I might end up back here in the future to get one of those saxophones I saw on the wall as well.Again, I really want to stress how helpful Luke M was. They were fantastic!

I have been here twice and the first time we were here we set up a trial lesson for drumming (to see if lessons here were a good fit) and the second time was the lesson. Both times I've been here I've had good experiences, and the staff and environment were very welcoming and kind, the lesson was very fun, you have a small room you practice in, there is a white board and they have instruments for you if you don't want to bring your own or don't have your own to bring, the room has a screen on the outside for others to watch in on the lesson. They have instruments and books and strings and pics and just about anything you'd need to get started as well as great staff and instructors.
