Poor customer service with lost and found issue. I left a suitcase in a rental vehicle and the staff at this location has done nothing to communicate with me or help me find the lost item. They don't have working telephones at this location. Impossible to reach anyone. The central customer service line is useless for this. I have an active ticket on the online portal and it remains untouched.

Awesome experience with National Car rental in STL. From the shuttle driver to the Emerald Aisle and exit booth, everyone was helpful and courteous!

My recent rental was beginning to end a wonderful experience! Patricia helped me with my reservation and was top notch! The lady at the exit was friendly, cheerful and helpful! My bus driver- also great! So clean, car was new, 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!
