Nordstrom is a national retail clothing chain known for its big brands, designer items, and customer service. This location is in the Galleria so it's easy to get to and parking is very easy. It's got its own entrance apart from the mall itself. They have a few floors full of product and staff here are so nice and helpful all the time. This is definitely one of the places you go to if you're trying to find new trends or those staple items you want to wear all the time or for a fancy event.

I'm not one to frequent Nordstrom, but this was a special event called the beauty bash where they had sales and DJ music. They also hired my wife to do an engraving event for people who purchased perfumes and colognes, she would customize them with names or images for gifts. The department manager AiJah was fantastic! She was in charge of communications with my wife and once we were there at the end of the event she was making sure we were taken care of and wasn't bothered by my toddler running around and squeezing. She even offered to hold my 5 month old, although that may have been on the selfish side because my 5 month old is adorable, it was very helpful to me! And the rest of the staff were incredibly kind as well! They too held my 5 month old and commented on his good looks!
Overall, it's a wonderful atmosphere and there are fantastic people working there!

This location is Horrible ! The staff is always rude & don't know anything! & good luck trying to find someone to even check you out. There is barely any selection !

Unfortunately, this was just recently announced that this Nordstrom at the St. Louis Galleria will be shutting the stores on August 24 but luckily there is a new Dick’s Sporting Goods that’s gonna take over the old Nordstrom space and there is one more room for one or some left at W. County Center and to Nordstrom rack location, but it’s really sad to see that Norstrom go because I only opened a 2011 but I’m excited for the new Dick’s Sporting Goods

Purchase gone wrong…For my MOTHER ( Mother’s Day)…. She opened her gift and the entire box smell like it has been used……. NOT HAPPY…. Shame on you Sales person …. You knew it had been sprayed…….. I would mention your name , but I will be bringing it back tomorrow (On Mother’s Day)….. for a new and unused gift….

Tried to get a hold of shoe dept and left on hold for more than 10 minutes and no one ever came to phone. Called store mgr and disconnected. Poor customer service

Would like to give a shout out to Terry Wells! I had one hour before a party and needed a new pair of black strappy sandals with a block heel desperately! I called, and sent my husband, and Terry delivered! He went above and beyond, even FaceTiming with me, showing me options, so that I could have an appropriate shoe for the party. He was an angel, and I will never forget his kind, helpful nature and willingness to meet me in my time of need! Thank you Terry!

I mean where do I start, we were traveling through St. Louis and stopped at the Nordstrom Galleria, atmosphere felt more like a Kmart and not Nordstrom. Minimal staff, had to go multiple departments over to find help to just open a fitting room after that never saw the stylist. From Kids shoes throughout kids clothing no staff.
Went downstairs to look at jewelry, wanted to try on a piece of jewelry had to go over to the men’s shoes to attempt to find someone, noticed a stylist sitting down on a her phone in the chair with a Nordstrom name tag on. Asked if she worked here and it wasn’t until then she helped us.
Very disappointing for Nordstrom. And a store I love.

Beauty staff here is so slow and rude. Returned my items and went shopping at sephora instead cause at least they greet me, help me in a timely matter and are joyful. Nordstrom acts like I’m bothering them, makes me wait and are egotistical.
