The cartridge program is poorly executed at this location. On 2 separate occasions, I have dropped off cartridges, only to go back to store and be told they have no record of them and I have not been issued any rewards for them. Utterly ridiculous. Why offer a program if staff is so poorly trained that they are unable to relay valuable information regarding the program details. But, they have all the details when you go in to redeem your rewards as to why you can't. I'm done with Officemax.

The assistant where super nice and very friendly, called me about my order informed me that it would be complete by time I got to the store.
Placed my picture in the frame I purchased after recieving my pictures.

I recently shopped for an item that was listed on Office Depot's website at 69.00. But when I put it in the cart, it rang up as $92. My husband purchased it in the physical store and they honored the price listed on the website. Yay!. That's good customer service.

The employees are nice and do good work. My recent experience doing several small print jobs has been totally positive.This location seems to be understaffed a lot of the time. I hope corporate hires more people and does what it takes to keep their current employees happy.
