It’s a shame these stores have any and all Office supplies but there’s never enough people working. It takes forever to check out and the people that work here are totally unfriendly. They have no idea of the words, Customer Service!

I purchased a chair in July 2023. Worked fine until recently. The chair sinks and the plundger needs replaced. I called the store as the warranty is 5 years. I waited on hold for 15min to talk to the manager only to be told I have to call the 800 # for the manufacturer. (The manufacturer is owned by Office Depot)
I call the other number and was told they would issue a credit after I got them a receipt. The issues is I bought it for work and submitted it and no longer have it. They said I would have to call yet another 800# to get the receipt. I called was on the phone for a long time and the guy said I would get an email back in 24 hours. Well 24 hours goes by. No email. I call again gave all the info to a second person they said I would get an email in 24 hours. About an hour goes by and I get a we can not find your receipt notice. I forwarded this to the first person I talked to and they said no receipt they would do nothing. This is the worst run around and terrible customer service from a company that is saying they are there to help businesses. A lot of wasted time and still have a broken chair. Office Max office depot is off my list and I will not step in to such a useless store again

Chris, & his Manager, and every other person working this weekend at Office Max were AMAZING! They printed and mounted a poster-sized (24 x 36) print for my daughter’s graduation in record-time and quality!!! I had so many problems leading up to it and thankfully I found this group! The price was great too, compared to every other option! Thank you for your professionalism and talents! We loved it!!!

Waited 20 minutes to drop off fedx return behind 3 other customers who had been waiting way longer than me the people behind the counter are completely useless this isn’t the first time I’ve experienced this at this location never again!

Workers are helpful and kind but store is gross. Dead bugs, brown running down walls, floor is filthy, counters falling apart.

I purchased two 24"x36" copies of a pdf and it cost me $50. The price was outrageous. The service person was very nice but woefully overwhelmed due to understaffing. I had to wait well over an hour to waited on and then had to make a second trip back the next day to pick up two copies.

The staff at the south St. Louis County Office Depot on Lemay Ferry Road were outstanding! The turnaround time for my print request was tight and Jennifer, Blaine and Roy came through for me!
