I bought swim suits for my daughter last week, in two sizes. When I went to the store to return the items. First the associate and then the manager informed me that they cannot refund swim wear returns in the store and I would have to mail them back. When questioned why this wasn’t posted on the website, I was told by the manager that this came from corporate that she’s not responsible for what they post on line and would not return the unworn/with tags etc suits. I called the 800 once I left the store and they have no such rule per the person I spoke to, nor does it state anything on their return policy. I now need to make another trip to the ups store in order to return the suits.

Went in to make a return. Super easy. Bit of a line but the 2 gentleman that were at the counter were extremely nice, apologetic and efficient. I appreciate the kindness?

Not much on spring clothing. Nobody to greet or help. The person working the dressing rooms was very friendly though

Natalie was very RUDE! when at the register there was a customer literally ringing out on 4 different transactions! So I ask an employee was there any one that could come help , she called for help ! Natalie came to the front asking why was back up needed while talking to a customer that was a head of me which was very unprofessional ! Obviously if there’s a hold and it’s more people in line and the cashier is new maybe she does need help! So I asked the new girl did I do anything wrong by asking could she call help . So Natalie stayed she’s new your not going to talk to her that way and I asked how was I talking to her? I’m speaking in a tone for her to hear me ! So once at the register Natalie was uptight and refunding me my money back! And once I told her that I wanted to grab other items she stayed so we just wasted time and laughing in my face and at that point I was tryna figure out who she was getting nasty with so I asked for the assistant manager and was helped with no problem! I will be reporting her to corporate!

The store is really cluttered, and overwhelming to shop in. There are so many clothes bunched together. I didn’t have the patience to shop there. I was told they were having a sale that day, and I still didn’t have the energy shop there. They just need to organize the clothes, and racks better. They need to make it to where things are so cluttered, so customers are running into each other. It’s really not enough room with the way they have the clothes, and racks set up. I give them 3 stars- The employees seem friendly, and they do have nice sales
