They have no idea what customer service is. Employees standing around doing nothing while customers are standing in line to purchase goods. 4 customers in the whole store. 20 minutes to check out. 🤦🏻♂️

For a store that’s marketed as affordable, I find their prices surprisingly high for the quality of the products. What really bothers me, though, is how disorganized the store often is. Clothes are frequently scattered across tables or hung haphazardly, making it difficult to find what I’m looking for. It creates a chaotic shopping experience that’s more frustrating than enjoyable.
Another issue is their misleading advertising. They’ll place signs with attractive prices on tables, but once you look closer, you realize that the discount only applies to select items. This bait-and-switch tactic feels deceptive and only adds to the overall confusion.
On the whole, shopping at Old Navy is more of a chore than anything else. The store’s cluttered environment, unclear pricing, and inconsistent product quality make it a place I’d rather avoid. I hope they consider improving these aspects, as it could make the shopping experience much more pleasant.

Took my my so she could use her gift card she found pants that were the perfect fit. The staff was very friendly and helped us find her size by looking in the back.

It is always a great Joy to spend $60 dollars of the super cash coupon. Besides when you spend another 150 dollars worth of merchandise, you get another $60 dollars super cash coupon. It may seem like a vicious cycle, but it is a savings cycle for sure.
