This store is making a huge mistake banning Uber drivers from the lot! Every one is gonna is gonna take their business elsewhere! I'm taking my $20 a day for 8 yrs spending habit down the street to the 711! Those people know me by name and are nice and don't care if I park in their lot!

Locks the doors for shift change seriously? No other on the run does this. These employees are a joke ignoring customers and locking the doors so they can mess around. What a joke.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. The entire St. Louis Area is offering 60 cent drinks when the cardinals score 6 or more runs during the season and some young man told me. Sorry but we don't do that here. So now I pay full price for frozen drinks. 4 of them, I might add.So, while I can drive down the street to ANOTHER location and get the deal. This location doesn't offer.Well, guess what! I'm going to the Corp office to get this resolved and also get my 4 drinks comped on my next visit in. Which this is not the first time I've had issues here either.

I stopped by about 11:00 am Saturday when the lone cashier was very busy. She was fast, helpful, friendly and smiling. Pleasure to do business with.

The people that work here shouldn’t have a job. I don’t understand how they do! I don’t write reviews but I had to because of how I was treated. 9/5/22: 10500 1:13 natural bridge gas station. A woman said: we can’t give out information like that over the phone regarding how much their gas was….I asked for her name and she said it was the same as mine then hung up in my face! the manager didn’t seem like she was going to do anything about the incident after I explained what happened over the phone. I paid for my gas then went in to get my receipt and they were laughing at me, wow! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. The cashier’s name is Quinita

Pulled in and parked and was intending on getting gas and lunch. Was on the phone with one of my customers when I arrived so I pulled into a parking spot and I couldn’t have sat there for more than 3 minutes before an employee came out and told me I couldn’t set there and had to leave. Didn’t even ask if I was here to buy anything, just told me to leave. So fine, there are plenty of other places that I can get food from, I certainly won’t be coming back to this location.

Heavyset black male that works overnight, is horrendous. Confused on how to enter card information manually when card reader doesn't work. Poor attitude, always on the phone, and acts as if you are bothering him, when you want to spend your money. Why they hired this sloppy in appearance young man to represent their brand, is mindblowing!

Went to get gas after I got off work and the doors were locked and I seen the lady go back towards the back area. Sit outside for about 10 minutes to see if she would come back and unlock the door but no luck.

Jefferson County, Missouri has a mandatory mask mandate. The sign on their front door says you must have a mask to enter yet none of the employees are wearing a mask.I think its disgraceful that management is knowingly breaking the law and endangering the health of its customers.I am 70 years old and at risk. When I politely mentioned this to the cashier she laughed at me, told me the law is unenforceable.Needless to say, you have lost a customer.

I stopped here every time I have to gas up a rental and the lines are never long. The cashiers are quick and the shelves are always stocked. I was even surprised how clean the bathrooms are considering how much use they get being near an airport. It's a nice place and always open, so stop on by.

Worse customer service ever. Don’t know how they keep such an ignorant manager running that gold mine. I will never spend another dime at that location. And I would encourage anyone who is in the rideshare industry to stop patronizing as well.
