They used to be my favorite car wash. After multiple bad experiences in the past few months I will not be returning. First issue was being double charged for the wash membership, their resolution was a free wash.... if I have an unlimited membership, what is 1 free wash going to do for me. Nothing. They always have issues with printing receipts, that's an issue if you need the car wash code. And last thing was my antenna being damaged during my last wash, it took weeks to hear back from the person that originally contacted me. Which lead to submitting a new claim. Just to be told weeks after that, that they do not cover antennas and that it is written on the sign out front. This is ridiculous considering they are on almost every vehicle. And crazy that it just happened, with the amount of times I have went through this wash with no issues. They just lost a 10 year customer because of a $20 antenna.

Good place to get gas if it's not busy, can't get in or out. Avoid the car wash at all cost. Received damage to my car again.

Long story short, cashier was having a conversation with another customer (her friend?) while she checked her out. After customer was done she still stood there talking to cashier. Cashier saw me the whole time waiting and didn't bother to tell the lady to step aside so she could help other customers I had to speak up so customer would get out of the way so I could get my gas. After they both finally got the hint they acted like I was interrupting something. Wish I would have gotten cashier's name. Best way I can describe her is the older rude lady with longer grey hair. She was working at 4 pm today. I'll go elsewhere from now on.

This Mobil On the Run is a smaller store with a cramped lot. There are 12 fuel pumps. Despite the tight space in both store and fuel area it manages to pack in all the usual MOTR amenities and conveniences. There's a drive-thru carwash also.

I was having the worst evening and stopped in for my usual soda. Paul was amazing. He made me laugh and instantly made me feel loved. I needed that. Will be back for sure!!

People here are always super nice but the drink and snack options have been severely limited over the past few months. Pulling in and out of the gas pumps can be a pain since its not a very big lot.

I rarely if ever post reviews, so here goes. today, 12/1/2020 Tuesday about 3 or so pm. coming home from a medical procedure leaving me barely able to walk, stopped for what I hoped to be quick fill. card wouldn't freaking work. had to go inside which wasn't easy given pain level, and I wasn't a happy camper. BUT TO MY SURPRISE, a young gentleman clerk not only offered to walk out and check out the card problem, he tried it, and was able to tell me what he thought could be the prob due to magnetic scratch. fortunately, I had another card. all this being said, this young man was polite, courteous, gracious, kind, respectful and helpful. how often does that happen at these chain stations?!! kudos to him, and he should be a very valued employee. I'm going back just cuz of his superb customer service (even if it is a bit tight to maneuver the lot.)

Extremely rude and horrible service!! I’m leaving two stars instead of one because of the kindness of one employee who helped me when others were ignoring me. If you do choose to frequent this business, ask for the one with glasses and brown hair!!!

Lol, have a mask sign yet not enforced and all the employees didn’t even have one on or wrapped around neck to pretend. Good mandate and management.

St Louis County law states everybody must wear masks. This particular location had a sign on the door stating this new law. Out of the 4 employees I saw working inside, only one was masked. One employee even poured a soft drink for a customer with no mask nor gloves. Except for 2 people, all other customers were wearing masks. I walked out and went elsewhere. Law went into effect on Jul 3rd. This was this morning, shortly before 10 am on Jul 6th. Plenty of time for employees to get masks.

This Mobil is one of the best gas stations around the south county area. The staff is super friendly, which makes me want to come back the next day. The location is very convenient being close to my schooling place and home, so I can make a dash there during lunch and be back by the time the bell rings. The location is clean and very inviting, different from many of the other Mobil's I've been to in the past. The grub there is always warm, and I almost never see the soda machine out of order. Honestly, there is nothing that I can say against this Mobil. I'm looking forward to the Cardinals season this year when I can become an even much more frequent visitor!

Don't let the big gas station giants like QT and Circle K swallow up your fill up stops. Not only is this location great for gassin' up but also filling up on some snacks, the soda fountain has a large selection while also including flavor options of lime, cherry and vanilla. The hot case is one of my favorite options for a quick lunch, selections of Hunts Brothers pizza, bosco sticks, cheesy sticks and recently added hot Italian subs and cheeseburgers. For more substance you can get a sandwich from the case, chips, and a 32oz fountain drink for only $6, a great option for an affordable grab and go option. The deli also offers cold sandwiches, my personal favorite being the ham sandwich on Hawaiian bread. The staff is very polite and friendly, often engaging in small conversations with me when I stop by, making it feel more like a country mom and pop store, rather than a gas station. Customer service is what keeps me coming back to this On the Run location. Sure they don't have a kitchen or a wide variety of hot food options, but what they strive for is excellence in the small things, they don't try to do to much and overstretch themselves, in return the quality of service and food outperforms the "other guys"
