Unfortunately I had an incident at my residence recently. I was referred to OCW by my insurance company Progressive to lease here until my home is finished being rebuilt. I've been helped by a lovely person name Alicia Vizenor. During this application process she has been very helpful. She hasn't missed explaining one thing to me. Mrs.Vizenor has made communicating with my insurance company easy as well. Definitely has a 5 star staff for sure.

Highly recommend. I don’t think I would live anywhere else in the city. Safe, clean, and well taken care of property. Shannon the leasing agent is amazing! I was in a rush to move and got me in very quick! Very accommodative!

I was invited to the One Cardinal Way bar for a concert at the stadium. The staff there is great. Brooke is on top of her game. She is very open, friendly and still takes care of business. It was obvious that her staff likes and respects her. She made me feel very welcome, gave me a complete tour and made a point to check back in often to see if all was good. If I get the chance, I'll definitely go back! A++

We have been living here 4 months, and absolutely love it. Our leasing agent Alcia was absolutely incredible through the application process and move in. The building staff is incredible, along with security. Couldn’t have asked for a better move in experience!

Where do I start. (LONG POST but WORTH IT)
1: Booking Appointment
Firstly, Alicia the leasing agent… WOW!
The whole process took me no more than 48 hours from showing to occupancy.
I got lucky with a last minute showing and when I say wow I kid you not! I fell in love once I met the front desk receptionist! By the way, 24/7 security and controlled access is chef’s kiss! So this luxury complex really made a good first impression. Because I did NOT expect it to be this amazing and here’s why….
2: The Showing
When she showed me the 1 bedroom I also just wanted to see what my options where and what did she do… BAM, showed us a few more units and I loved all of them. Different perspectives and views to fit the slightly differing prices respectfully in my opinion. St. Louis has a “loft” district but THIS!!!! THIS!!! One Cardinal Way luxury apartment living REALLY makes you feel like you are on a vacation with what they have you living in.
3: The Apartment and Amenities
Luxury top finishes! Deep solid soft closing cabinet doors. Plenty of space for storage. Which was surprising. The hall passageways in even the 1 bedroom were nice and spacious. Solid flooring nothing too crazy but nicely done to match the finish throughout the whole apartment. This might not be a big thing for others but the hot water my goooooodness it’s hot! And the hvac works so well that the whole place can be set to 77 in the summer and you don’t even realize it till you finally see the temp. It’s very very well insulated.
We don’t hear neighbors at all and that’s a BIG deal. Balcony is nice and a welcome plus to the experience especially if you are on the higher floors. Even the 8th floor will still have you feeling good with your view.
Now the AMENITIES… the A👏MEN👏TI👏TIES my goodness everyone will tell you that you will love the 8th floor… I’m sorry but I won’t spoil it… but I will say, you’ll love it. The comfort, the rooms, the privacy, the community, the people, the hint hint pool table and 1000000 screens… 🤤.
And since you’re here… I made this review because people should be able to read real resident reviews from someone who has truly been able to experience the highs and lows of renting and whew!!! This… is like a vacation living here.
4: Cost and Rewards
Do they cost a tad bit more than other places yes, but, and a BIG but, I would say they were decently priced for all of what you get, and the discounts to some good places within the ballpark village. Easily accessible. Everything can be delivered here.
Parking is easy! Low cost!
I have to get to the movies right now so I can’t finish 5,6,7, and point 8 this review 😅 but look…
If you’re on the edge of living here… you probably just missed out on the available unit you wanted (like what happened to me under 24 hours while I twiddled my fingers) but then I acted and got the PERFECT unit! But if you’re in the edge, just DO IT!
It is WORTH IT! This level of peace would cost you way more anywhere else and I gotta say… this is a new luxury standard in my book!

When we thought about leasing an apartment in St. Louis, more for the location an amenities, we had no idea how much we would love One Cardinal Way!
We scheduled a same day tour with Shannon, and immediately fell in love with the building. The secure staffed entrance was helpful and welcoming. Shannon showed us to the 8th floor where the building sets itself apart from any other in the city (maybe even the country)! The open common space, entertaining areas, cabanas, grills and the demo kitchen are all top notch! But lets be real, where else do you find yourself home with a full bar, and a pool with views INTO Baseball Heaven.
Since moving in, we've continued to fall in love with the building and our neighbors. Everyone is welcoming and inclusive, making it feel like and extension of our family! Unlike buildings where people come and go without so much as a word, we see our neighbors regularly and share stories, talk, grab a drink, etc.
But that's not all! Shannon and the rest of the staff are the most accommodating and attentive I've ever encountered. Rather than hiding away in a office, they're accessible and ready to help with anything when asked. There is always someone cleaning something, replenishing something, and always the most friendly while doing it!
Finally, for us, this is a home away from home. We enjoy being there with our family (5 total with two teenagers and a 1st grader). The older kids enjoy the pool, ping pong, board games and amenities. The youngest, and arguably biggest baseball fan enjoys watching games, going down to BPV to play on the diamond, and being around all things cardinals! When my wife and I get away, we like that it's a safe home away from home where we can have a great time and not worry about driving back to the suburbs.
