I went here yesterday evening around 5pm. And it was 2 men in there. Didn’t get their names. I look on my receipt and the name Dj and not sure what the other gentleman name was, however when I walked in I greeted. Then I was asked how may I help you. I proceeded to say I need a battery. The 2 gentleman said it that time of year and they both laughed. I had called previous day and spoken with someone that was also nice. One I purchased the battery they installed it in the rain. It rained all day yesterday. Not to mention the other gentleman was changing someone else battery. And in the mist of all that it was other customers coming in the store. So they were changing batteries and waiting on the counter. And not one time did they complain get frustrated or any of that nature. They did an amazing job. And I appreciate them for that. When I looked at the counter they had 4 batteries plus some other stuff they were changed out of someone car. Great job to the gentlemen that worked yesterday in the rain so effortlessly and did not complain once. I greatly appreciate you both.

I came in for a check engine light and AUSTIN was incredible. He was friendly and explained exactly what the graph meant and it ended up being like a $30 fix I could do myself. 10/10 would return.

Very poor customer service!!! The guy with the dreads!! Tonight 12/30/23, 730AM-900PM store hours. We had a leak tire. We pulled up, doors were locked (maybe for his safety), with the OPEN sign still on, and not even 9PM yet. We purchased what we needed and realized we needed a plier. Went back to purchase a plier, door was locked again and he tells us that they don't have lenders and we will have to buy. Not expecting a lender.. we wNt to buy what we needed.

Great experience here, I got a box of spark plugs but there was one missing, so I went back up to get the last one and the manager working gave me one. no muss, no fuss.
