Branden was kind enough to call around to other stores until he found what I needed. I pulled up to the Chesterfield store right after they opened and there was my paint, all ready to go. Branden needs a raise!”

“This Sherwin Williams has been a favorite of mine for years. This location always has multiple staff members who can assist with recommendations, color matching, mixing paint, and more. This store is for both Paint Professionals and the Public. This location offers curbside pickup and is open seven days a week. The paint is a beautiful consistency that covers very well. The ceiling white is crisp and clean and makes a statement once applied. There is a difference with Sherwin William paint and the big box stores, and it is worth every penny. They have collaborations with HGTV and Pottery Barn. Sherwin Williams is now offering a Paint Perks program. There are also always coupons and specials announced on their website.”

Helpful staff: While I search for my selections, a staff member will ask if I need anything. The best part? When I tell them I don't need help, they let me know they'll be around if needed....and they leave me be. THAT'S listening to the customer.

“The person at the Kingshighway Sherwin Williams store was so polite and helpful. She made me feel welcome, even though I did not have a large order. She was fantastic.

However, I needed help with the paint, and I was in Chesterfield, so I went to the Sherwin Williams at the Gordon Plaza Shopping Center, 15539 Manchester Rd, Ballwin, MO 63011. A man (red hair, tall) working at that store was rude and treated me like I had no business being in his store. He did not say a word after my question, when I thanked him, he ignored me, there was a contractor in line behind me, who witnessed the entire thing, and as I left he smiled, shook his head, and said after this order he would not return. My painting knowledge is not strong, so I am grateful and humble when asking questions. I will never return to this store.

“Bryant was very helpful. He let me know that if brought a chip of he paint that I couldn't recall the name of that they could match it. I brought that chip in and they matched it perfectly. He also allowed me to have house paint which was purchased at the store previously to be reshaken so we could use it again to touch areas on our house. He was extremely kind.”

“I opened my salon on June first, so the weeks before my doors opened we were painting every surface. We were just going to home depot because it was easy for us, but when it came down to doing the floors I wasn't getting consistent advice. I was told by a friend to go to sherwin williams because they are the experts. I really wished I would have gone sooner. I was set up with a water based concrete stain and a wet look sealer. We also went back for other paint to do the doors and our wooden salon stations.Every visit I was treated with respect by someone who was friendly and very knowledgeable. I definitely felt that my service was very good, but here's where that good service turned into exceptional service.I started noticing that my floors were not holding up to the high traffic of the salon. I started getting paint chips coming up. I called the store and they said they had two options that would be stronger. So they set aside a gallon for me to try in an inconspicuous area. The result was just what I needed. On the weekend after Thanksgiving I closed my salon to do 1/2 of the floors( I will be doing the other 1/2 after Christmas) When I went in to grab the additional gallons of this new water-based urethane I was talking to the manager ( did not know he was the manager at the time) I was telling him how I loved the look of the paint but was disappointed in how it held up. He agreed and comped the remaining gallons i needed for the job, I was shocked and did not expect that, I just wanted them to know. The floors are breathtakingly beautiful with this new top coat and i tried to test them by sliding furniture on them and they seem to be holding up well! Sherwin williams stands by their products and goes the extra mile for their customers. Later in the week he stopped by to make sure I was happy and to see the floor. I have told so many people about their customer service and from this point forward will only be getting my paint from a sherwin williams store.”
