“10/10 customer service. I worked with 4 different staff members over the course of several visits to pin down the details of a deck project, and each and every one of them were so nice and helpful.”
“This was my first trip to a Sherwin-Williams store and I was very impressed. Dave instantly greeted me and helped out with all my paint needs. Don’t mind paying a little extra for awesome product and great customer service!”

“Bryant was very helpful. He let me know that if brought a chip of he paint that I couldn't recall the name of that they could match it. I brought that chip in and they matched it perfectly. He also allowed me to have house paint which was purchased at the store previously to be reshaken so we could use it again to touch areas on our house. He was extremely kind.”
“Fast and friendly service! I popped in to grab my paint swatches and either passed or briefly interacted with 5 different employees (1 at the counter, 1 in the store, 1 security person, and 2 coming back from making a delivery) and every single one of them greeted me and/or told me to have a nice day!
Whatever you’re doing to train your staff to be kind and helpful and friendly, please keep it up! It was a breath of fresh air and left a lasting impression. We need more positive energy in the world and y’all are certainly doing your part!”
“Great service from Sherwin-Williams Crestwood! Joseph provided outstanding service. It was a pleasurable experience. This was my first visit to this location, it won't be my last. Thanks Joseph for your helpfulness and attention to detail, I appreciate it very much.”
“Best paint store(s) in St. Louis, hands down. Staff at both locations are extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. Best products by far and huge selection of ALL your painting sundries. Highly recommended.”
“I’ve been to every paint store around and could not figure out a good color for my bathroom. I stopped in Sherwin-Williams and they had an amazing employee, Taylor. She was able to help me pick the perfect color.
The paint is also the best paint I’ve ever used. It was easy to apply and clean up where needed. The finished look is gorgeous. I’m extremely happy I stopped in and Tator was there to help. Definitely the only place I’ll go for paint in the future.”

“Went in needing paint for my concrete basement floor. Odie was very knowledgeable, and got me what I needed. He even waited on me to get there after work, even though I got there right at closing time. Highly recommend!!!”
“Great service and hospitality from all staff members. Dan is always helpful, I recently worked with Max for the first time and he was just as great. Everyone is friendly and patient with my numerous sample requests. They are a great support to my interior design projects.”
“The customer service is great. I had picked out a paint that wasn't available when I went in. The sales rep helped me choose a comparable product to substitute. I was very pleased with the result. Thanks to Kristopher my project got done on time. Thank you! I highly recommend this store for your painting needs.”
“I had to buy spray paint and sandpaper last minute for my son’s robotics competition, and Steven (Stephen) was so friendly and helpful! Would totally recommend!”
“Far bigger and better selection than the other local hardware stores I've tried, and noticably cheaper than the big chain stores (for what I was buying at least).”
“Tony is an amazing guy. He helped me out tremendously with matching my custom paint on my car. He is an amazing employee, and I would recommend him to anyone. Amazing Service!!!!”
“Stephanie and her team have gone out of their way to help me find the best paint colors and guide me on repainting my entire home. I highly recommend visiting this store, and shout-out to the team. ??”

“Just went here today at the recommendation of my neighbors. I was helped by Jason who was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful! He was able to paint match some colors from Sherwin Williams I wanted and even carried the paint cans out to my car. Fabulous experience all around and great prices! I wish I knew about this place sooner but they will be seeing me much more in the future. Highly recommend!”
