I’ve been a member of Palm Beach ever since high school and I am almost 30 now, if that shows my loyalty. I will sometimes freeze my membership and rack up points that eventually get me perks or products. I had a great experience today with the GM today at the Hampton location. She was very informative and helpful with getting me the best perk for what I was wanting. I appreciate the facility always being clean and efficient. This place has mastered the tan game. I’ve done it all over the last few decades from stand up and lay down sessions to spray tans being a personal fave. Chose not only your level of dark, scent and crystal add on (jade and amethyst with dark and a sunshine scent for me) leaves you looking as if you put self care where it should be at the top of to do list. 10 min in total and I feel, look and smell like I expect attention and I do. No matter where you travel your membership will go with you. I bet there a Palm Beach Tan near you!

Staff are very friendly. The beds are clean. It makes me feel so good and look nice. As a bonus science says that having a higher core temperature helps you in your weight loss journey, I think this place helps with that.

This place is a joke. Everytime I go in they say I owe money for tanning. I pay everytime I tan so definitely shouldn't owe money. They also say I owe from some plan I never signed up for. This place is a scam!!!!Service: Tanning

I was a diamond member at the BRIDGETON location, I have not been for almost a year now. Decided to go ahead and give it a try again even though my last experience was more headache than relaxing. I walked in the evening of 5/11. I was not greeted and I had to stand there for a good five minutes before being acknowledged. I let the woman at the counter know that I was there to sign back up at the level that I was before. I did have some questions about the emails that I was receiving about specials and what would apply to my specific circumstance. she said she didn’t know, I do believe that she was probably relatively new. I fully expected her to contact her manager to assist me and my membership. She did not she just looked at me and I asked her Can you reach out to your manager? She instructed me “no” with an attitude, and told me I could come back tomorrow. This will be the exact reason why I will drive farther that I actually wanted to spend my money, to an establishment that has customer service skills. I do believe if in fact she was new maybe she was not trained correctly, but that does not excuse the fact that she was rude and did not wanna help me. A business needs a new business to grow, this was exactly the opposite. I am truly disappointed.

Rude employees,prices to high and they lie about tanning the girl said she could only put me in the room for 6 minutes and then wanted to charge me 25 I was just shocked at how rude the girl was,they don't care about the customer only themselves I highly recommend that you don't tan there EVER

The business it's self is not horrible. Usually always have a cheerful hello and the girls are usually happy to help. Its clean to my standards and I've got high cleaning standards.. However, these hours are not making any sense to a more than understanding and laid back patron. The store used to be open until 9pm, awesome. Then 8pm. Okay I can swing that. And now 7 pm as of a few weeks ago. Okay we're really gonna have to plan to make it. But I got here tonight at 630 after rushing from work to get here since I now only have a 45 minute window to get in here to tan since they open at 11am..... and the shop is CLOSED??? Seriously? I feel as if I can't even get use of my membership I pay monthly for with these hours. And I've been told I can't tan if I get there past 645 before (while they are still open). I'm not sure what to do but I feel jipped. Please, do better for the sake of your paying customers. Pay your employees more, offer benefits to them (dinner, a free product, something anything) to help motivate employees and future hires. Do whatever is necessary to staff your store. I understand staffing being an issue here. But my money is wasted and unused due to these new store hours continously decreasing. Not what I signed up for.

I've been a member at the Hampton location since early 2000's. However, I'm rethinking my membership in the last month I've been there 4 times and they've been closed during business hours. Today there were 3 other people there standing at the closed doors upset because we all drove there to tan and they were closed. I pay monthly for my membership however they've adjusted their hours so I've adjusted mine. Now they don't even open during business hours that are new. If you are thinking about going here is suggest finding a more reliable place.

I used to really love this place. I have a been a member since way back in 2007 when it used to be called Tanco. Lately however, they have changed their hours once again and it makes it nearly impossible for me to make it by with my work schedule. I don’t want to change my membership because I am grandfathered in to such a great price, but I am starting to have a hard time justifying paying for it when I can maybe make it in once a week now. I have even tried other locations and they all seem to have been closing early when they felt like it as it was, and now all have signs with new “temporary hours” which I have a feeling will turn into their new hours just like last time after covid.
