This store would get 0 stars if possible. Their customer service and their expertise is not up to any business standards. One of the employees told me that “the owner” does not allow online purchases to have gift boxes or bags when picking up the jewelry. The employee referred to the owner as “petty.” Customers spend too much money with this brand to not get the full experience with any purchase.

The phone number was not working, so we took a chance and drove 45 minutes here. The lady was so rude and careless, we asked to see different options of the same charm so we could choose the best 2, she said it was not possible that we would get whatever came out at checkout. We are regular customers, and this has never happened before. I said okay, we were not buying, and we were planning to buy earrings and charms, so they lost our business. Pandora has gone way down in customer service, which is unbelievable. Never comming again.

Customer service was ok. Sales associate will allow customers to cut the line. Young lady working the line on Christmas Eve was rude as hell!!!! I'll never shop there again.

They don't accept exchanging items purchased online if you paid with Paypal. They simply say Paypal uses a different system they don't handle, and I have to return by mail and purchase again to lose my discounts. I can't say if that is the store's problem or it's Pandora overall, but it is not my responsibility to figure out the way to easily exchange and I never know customers can be treated differently if using a specific payment method, and there is NO notice either online or in store about that. Keep that in mind so you don't waste your time going there to be rejected for exchange or return.

They are rude and nasty! My first time in there my daughters were too. It was a horrible first experience and if it wasn't for my child I wouldn't send a dirty penny in there. Aggressive and pure ignorance. How you have an attitude from the beginning! Crazy part management two black women just allowing it! Just bought my daughter one today. Her and I first time in the store. She is happy with it. However, I would appreciate if you coach and train your representatives on customer service. Completely unacceptable that I had to switch my sales reps because the one I was currently with was so rude and nasty towards me especially for someone to be coming in spending almost $400 and one setting on the first visit. I expect more from the staff and a high-quality luxury feel for the price points that you guys are asking for. was even more disturbing is there the atmosphere was not giving the price points they are asking for.

Worst customer service and to think the ladies at the West County location suggested for me to try this location for available. I went online to have the item pick up in the store because they said they had it, only to not have it at all. I have a partial order ready with a store pick and the rest of the order out for delivery. I wish I could cancel my order.

I purchased the Protective Hamsa Hand Dangle Charm as a gift for my wife and she says she loves it and i her happy about it. I’m pleased.Online ordering, selection and Pick up at my preferred location were all a breeze.

Would not let me exchange a brand new charm still in box charm with a gift receipt. Even though I have exchanged several charms past 30 days at that location. Guess the policies just depend on the day of the week. ??♀️

Worst experience ever! We got racially discriminated at this location. After waiting 15-20min in line to go in, a sales lady waved me over and when i got to her she turned to her co-worker asking him to trade costumers because she didn’t want to take care of us assuming we didn’t speak English! We were shocked to hear this and when we told her we spoke english she had the nastiest attitude. We should have left right there but I really wanted to get my mom her gift. This whole experience just ruined Mother’s day for us. I hope not all their sales people are like this but for now i wont be going back anytime soon.

I shopped at the Galleria location which is where I have several times before with no issues, as the location is convenient. This particular experience on Friday, May 5, 2023 was by far one of the worse experiences I have ever encountered. I made a purchase and the employee who was assisting apparently made a mistake and somehow did not properly complete the transaction, and informed me to return tomorrow with my receipt to get the bracelet I was entitled to due to my spend. I found that odd and stated that would not suffice. After spending an hour in the store imagine my surprise when they stated that there seems to be a problem on their end with transaction and that it will take 3-5 business days to refund the money and would not be able to give us the items we were charged for because it showed void on their end. Immediately called the financial institution and they confirmed that the debit was made and the transaction is pending. Fast forward to 4 business days later, the funds are still not in my account and I had to repurchase the items as they were a gift and this matter has yet to be resolved. The employee at the store who identified herself as the Store Manager Rachel refused to give me her managers name or the corporate office number to expedite the handling of this situation. Therefore, it left me no choice but to post and next go to social media as well as BBB or small claims court if this matter is not resolved immediately.

Store hours are WRONG. Online it says they close at 8 and they apparently close at 7. I’ve had a few bad experiences at this store. They are super unprofessional.
