Perfect. Went for the items posted and bought more. They like Grinco Jones but priced. I will return.

Not with the lumber yard itself but the rental properties are not maintained well, owner is a loose cannon and likes to rig and fix things the cheapest way possible. Normally I would applaud frugality but when you can't hang anything on any wall in your house without making a huge hole or mention that something is rotted without potentially getting things thrown at you while pregnant it's not really a great look.

Not an actual lumber yard. Should be renamed as a resell/junk yard. Asked to see the wood they had and they walked me to a back corner that had nothing but used wood that looked like it came from a demo.

Owner has prices on all his doors with hundreds of doors. We had to dig through a mess to find 2 doors that were exactly what we needed. But they were in rough shape. Woman working calls owner and he says those doors aren't for sale! Will not return.

Great place for rehabs. If you can't find it there it can't be found. A picker's paradise. Good customer service.

Not actually a lumber company so much as Karlo & Mira Perhat's "a little bit of everything" company. If you're looking for a place to dig around for the perfect salvaged...whatever.... go here. This is like Refab, but with tetanus. Refab, but without the organizational skills. Refab, but without the prices.Their business cards say "New and Used Lumber, Building Material, Rental Equipment, Construction Service, LP (Propane) Gas", but I've only ever gone here for random replacement building materials I require. (coping tiles, wood doors, a few bricks...not a pallet at a time, etc.)I've never had them not look at me like I'm a f****** alien when I walk in the door, but whoever has helped me has always pointed me to the right pile to dig through.Warning: They keep worse-than-banker's hours.

Great place to find replacement parts and materials, especially if you can't find a match or if they no longer make it. Perfect for rehabbers.
