Our son wanted a pair of rats and after looking high and low for weeks we stumbled upon pet connection which turned out to be amazing. Dan handles the rats and is very interactive with them. He was able to show us the moms and dads and even showed new litters that some rats just had. He was extremely informative and made the purchasing process extremely easy and distilled confidence in us through the entire process. We were then helped with everything we needed as well as having every question answered. Then they helped us with some healthy dog treats for our soon to be jealous dog lol. 10/10 recommend. Thank you for everything Dan. Will be back to see you for all our pet needs.

Great prices. Big selection of top of the line cat and dog food. Big selection of fish and small animals, including guinea pigs, gerbils, hedgehogs, rats & mice for pets and feeders of all sizes available. I will recommend PET CONNECTIONS to my family and friends. The staff was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. If you haven't been by to check them out, I highly recommend that you.

I cannot say enough good things about this place! I’m newly getting into rat/mouse breeding for good pet lines, so I’m being pretty picky about what colors I’m breeding into my program, the gentleman working was busy feeding all the rats/mice, so I asked if I could come in and take a look, he immediately responded “absolutely! Come in!” When I explained to him what I was looking for, he pulled up a chair and went through nearly every rodent bin with me to help me find everything I needed, and not once did he make me feel like I was a bother, he even held a friendly conversation with me on the hobby the whole time. Everyone there is always so friendly, and the rodents have Amazing temperaments and really cool colors!

Absolutely looooove this Pet Store! I am a huge supporter of family owned and operated businesses, and this one is by far one of the greatest I’ve been lucky enough to happen upon!!! The owner is such a sweetheart, and the staff there are so helpful and knowledgeable!! Not to mention, the prices are so very reasonable. I get a fifty pound bag of Diamond brand dog food for under $80.00!! To me, that’s unmatched by any other pet store I’ve been to, and thanks to Pet Connection, will NOT be returning to either. Thank you so much Pet Connection for all that you do for the pet community and for not sacrificing quality or customer service on any level. I give them 20 stars lol and highly recommend them for any of your pet needs. I am a faithful, loyal customer forever.

This is an AWESOME pet shop! I highly recommend it to everyone. They have a unique stock of anything you might need for your pet. They have cute little critters like mice, rats, and some unusual pets you can't find anywhere else. Including Birds and fish and they sell very good crickets for those of you that need crickets to feed your pet. I can't say enough good things for this place, or for the people that work there. I have a pet rat from there and she is absolutely wonderful! Check it out they have a very good stock of foods and anything else you need for your pet. ❤❤❤

I love this store!!! I needed to get shots for my puppy and his mother and "DDD" was the employee that helped me. He was so very kind and very informative regarding the brands of dog food they specifically sell. After taking his advice and switching from a major brand to Diamond, my pups are happier and healthier than ever!!! Not to mention the prices are beyond reasonable!! They don't sacrifice on quality while still having incredible prices!! I'm now a loyal and forever Pet Connection customer and supporter Ten stars across the board!!!

usually I really love this place. the family that owns it is super nice and helpful. but some of the other guys they have in there are not. twice now I went in for a particular fish and both times they tried to sell them to me as the wrong fish and had to Google to show them the right fish. that being said they have very nice looking fish and tanks but some of the staff Do Not know what they are talking about

Great small business where they care about your pet's needs. Did you know, there's locally made cat litter available in bulk there? Seriously, it's the best I've come across and highly recommend it. May cost a little more, but there's little dust and easy scooping. Also, I learned that the Diamond Naturals food is also made in MO, so I'm happy to support those companies too. Lastly (I only have cats) they have the awesome long lasting Kong toys that are so hard to pass on sometimes. Check out the pic of the sushi mat with crinkles and Velcro!

The reptile husbandry at this store is terrible. All of the reptiles are essentially stacked on top of each other sharing one heat light. No UVB bulb insight either. They are also basking straight in the sun during the afternoon. They have all of the necessary equipment for sale; just choose not to use it

Cool little pet store...purchased several fish that are doing fine...nice people where helpfull because of ling trip home to pack everything in a cooler...mom n pop store like they should be.
