“I needed a last minute birthday cake for my dog, and they had one mini one left that they got ready for me in 10 minutes! I believe it was peanut butter with strawberry icing, and my dogs loved it. I also get their yogurt drops and smashed bags for my dogs. It’s a favorite!”

“I take my dogs in on Sundays from 11-2 when the groomer is there for nail trims. I don't remember the groomers name, but she is excellent! My dogs do not like getting their nails trimmed, but she must be a dog whisperer because they have behaved, so far. It's $16 for a drimmel (?) trim, and worth every penny....the store itself is very cute. They have every need for your dog covered along with a bathing area, and a bakery.”

“Our son wanted a pair of rats and after looking high and low for weeks we stumbled upon pet connection which turned out to be amazing. Dan handles the rats and is very interactive with them. He was able to show us the moms and dads and even showed new litters that some rats just had. He was extremely informative and made the purchasing process extremely easy and distilled confidence in us through the entire process. We were then helped with everything we needed as well as having every question answered. Then they helped us with some healthy dog treats for our soon to be jealous dog lol. 10/10 recommend. Thank you for everything Dan. Will be back to see you for all our pet needs.”

“Wow. The Clip Joint has become like Family to us! For about 35 years (!) we have trusted numerous pets to the capable staff. Amongst other notables, Kathy and Sandi (sp?) are first-rate. Careful listeners; always aim to please; bows are a thoughtful touch. They allow 4-hour window appointment times...so no need to "leave" our "Kids" there all day! Soft spoken and kind. They are careful. Quick to offer their well-rounded advice, if asked. Innovative service on Tuesday and Friday nights, where CJ offers quick nail and eye "touch-ups". “Just left there 7 o'clock on Monday ask for 4 dozens crickets got about 2 1/2 dozen. Use to be an awesome place now new people aren't giving what we're paying for. I came back in on Monday and everything is good got the crickets.”

“I’m new to the area and had brought my Yorkie-mix dog to one of the “elite” pet spas and another time to a local groomer, neither of which were very good. The elite spa? I couldn’t even tell my dog had been touched. The local groomer? Got fleas there! So then I finally decided my little tater head might as well go close to the house and this Petsmart is less than one mile. When I dropped him off my thoughts were…”Hope this lady knows what she’s doing”. 3 hours later I got the call to pick him up. I braced myself for the worse. When I saw my baby he was beautiful! The groomer did an awesome job! I highly recommend the groomers at this Petsmart!”
“They appear to have pretty much everything you might need for most pet types, but we are setting up an aquarium for a male Betta, and we'd never recommend buying one here. The water in their little Betta bowls was nasty, and several of the fish on display appeared to be half dead.”
