Amazing. I have three dogs that needed their toes trimmed badly and one of which needed a much overdue de-shedding. I booked the de-shedding online and our stylist was able to fit the other two in for their nails. Terrific job.

I have purchased 2 guinea pigs from this store and I have taken care of them very well and within a month of them living with me they pass away. So I need to know, do your employees not offer any kind of medical history or background before you sell your guinea pigs, because I'm beyond pissed and I will never be purchasing any pet from you again

I originally had a bad review because of a situation I wasn't happy with at the store. I bought 2 huge tanks tonight and have a bad neck. The ladies that work there worked there butts off to get them in my car. I was very thankful and gave me new hope in this place. Thank you again ladies!!

Waited at the register for a few minutes, neither of the two employees chatting behind me ever offered to check me out.
I turned around and said "excuse me" and neither one acknowledged me. I set my merchandise down on their rack and walked out. I won't be shopping here ever again.

It is objectively too early to be playing Christmas music in your store. Your patrons, staff, and the animals who are waiting to be saved by their future families don’t deserve to have their ears violated with the worst genre of music known to mankind for 2 whole months. Take pity, do the right thing, and beg of your corporate overlords to change the channel. Your staff is great btw!

Petco's Whole Hearted Brand dog food has identical ingredients to Merrick Backcountry for about Half the price!! Our dog has several food allergies, and we had to pay the high price of Merrick until Petco came out with their own!! Thank you Petco!!

They don't offer help. Had to find items myself. Was told they didn't sell but they do. Finally got rid of employee that was rude. I quit going there because of him, now I can go back. Fish are pricey.

You need to take care of customers and not stack more charges for shopping bags. I spent 40.00 on pet food. Advised additional charge for a bag. I scooped up my 12 cans of food and 8 pouches of food, placed them in my pockets and what I could hold. Was pretty miffed. Poor policy!!!!!!
