I have never been treated worse by staff than at this store today. Absolutely horrible! And I have had so many good experiences in other stores! I don't know what is wrong with the employees here but they are not interested in representing their company well.

Hands down the worst location in the country, and I have been fortunate enough to travel the country with my cats and visits PetSmart's everywhere, and meet the incredible people who work there. Not here! Rude and abrasive staff l, the whole place needs to be shut down or retrained immediately.

I took my dog to get a wash and a haircut after 2 hours I got a call from the worker saying that my dog bit her and I need to come pick him up. When I went to get him his hair was super short and some places were longer than others. His head hair wasn’t even cut and only one of his hands nails were cut his feet had long hair this was the second haircut he’s gotten and his first hair cut was beautiful. At this point they should pay me for this haircut. It will take months for it grow back so he is stuck looking like this. I will not let that groomer cut his again I will stick to the first groomer.

Younger girl with piercings and makeup needs to learn how to speak with customers. Older lady at the register very sweet though. Was in this location two times, the two younger girls were standing around talking to another young girl the whole time my children and I were looking around. My daughter wanted a Guinea pig for her birthday. In order to surprise her I was going to go back up there and purchase everything I needed after she fell asleep. Walk in say hi to this woman. I don’t get a hello or anything back. I communicate I needed a Guinea pig from them. She SIGHS. Cuts the girl off that was complimenting my dermal. And says “ANYWAYS” then asked if I was getting two. Or if I ever had one. Yes I have, and I’ve also had plenty of animals. I say no just one. Asks if I have a cage. I said I’m buying one of those also along with everything else I need. Then tells me she doesn’t recommend any of the cages there. Like EXCUSE ME? Then what are they on the shelves for?? Then tells me “I’m not selling a guinea pig to you without you setting the cage up first it takes three hours” WHAT?? Like at this point I’m furious. Never will purchase an animal or anything else from here. You guys have bettas in plastic tubs but I can’t buy a guinea pig along with everything I need and keep it in a very large tote with bedding for the duration it takes to put together a cage?? And may I also add it didn’t take three hours what’s so ever. It took 35 mins. This place is a joke. What kind of incompetent person take three hours to set up a guinea pig cage? She needs talked to about her service. Never have I ever been told I couldn’t buy a cage and an animal at the same time nor told they don’t recommend there store products. She walked off before the conversation was done. I explained to her I was trying to surprise my daughter for her birthday and I had my significant other to help me set this cage up and or care for the guinea pig. No consideration or care. All that aside the woman at the desk is a sweetheart and took all things very well and apologized to me. Was going to go back up after I set the cage up in under 1/3 of the time she said it apparently takes but I just purchased my guinea pig from different store with much nicer staff. Thanks for ruining the surprise though 🤗
