Training here is 45 minutes of stories about trainers dogs each time. We went 3 out of 6 classes. Class sizes are too large at 6 dogs and all at various training levels. My dog is super hyper and needs a lot more one on one so that's on me. However when we didn't show up for the rest of the classes we got no call or text or email to see if our dog was ok or to reschedule nothing. Just a big lack of care on Petsmart and their trainers.

Stopped in on our way back home to pick up litter. 3 piles of Dog poop on the floor. I stopped first person walking back to that area. She said didn't work on the floor she worked at Banfield (vet area) She said she would contact someone. Went back to use restroom before paying and leaving. .. Empty papertowel Roll sitting on DIAPER CHANGING AREA( baby butts) but none in machine...Left, went back to see if poop was addressed NO..Went to checkout and told clerk there was dog poop on floor. Girl cleaning fish tanks, one up in dog food area. No sense of urgency not nice, NO one cared not even vet people...Worst Pet smart I've ever been in. Glad someones small child didn't walk through it. .

This facility will accept cat clients but it is not equipped for cats. I was surprised that there was only one room for everything: reception, and 6 grooming stations. There was no separate space for cats or just to separate the animals from each other to help them relax.
Thankfully I was not charged, and I would never want somebody working with my cat if they didn't feel fully comfortable so I do not blame to groomers for stopping. But I wish I had known the setup ahead of time. I will take my cat back to another location where they have a separate private room for cats (or just a skittish dog).
One additional complaint, I had asked to leave the "mane" to make it a lion cut and they shaved up onto the head. I understand they were trying to help get matted fur out, but the head was not matted at all and I'm not sure why they went up so high onto his head.

Store is nice. Staff is nice. Grooming staff are a completely different story. They loose information on accounts (that Yes, have been used within one year - so I know it's not an inactive account) and don't call open vets to verify our beloved pet records (that's after telling me it's "closed" when I know they're open)
If it's just the store you're shopping, it's good. For All grooming, Go to an actual groomer, do it yourself, or go to Petco.

PetSmart in Sunset Hills is a wonderful place to shop merchandise is arranged very nicely and Associates are very helpful.
