The owner is very rude and the entire company is unprofessional..they also buy stolen guns from anybody who has a Id..they dont run it to see if its stolen or not

I went to purchase a firearm which I had to put on layaway the gun I got was a s&w came back some weeks later to get it out the gave my some sccy brand . I know exactly what I wanted and it wasn't tht so take pictures of everything u get from there i will make a report to the news also for them selling the product I already had on hold the man couldn't even look me in the face i hate being ripped off also they ring it up on the receipt sccy and I seen what they took to the back it was my s&w

We don’t discuss guns over the phone smh , well I’m not driving 20 minutes to hope you got what I’m looking for. Customer service sucks can’t talk about prices nor models like it’s illegal or something.

These are nothing but theives. Its been years since I visited PJ's and haven't forgot about the big eye black guy with glasses who ripped me off of my wii games. People please look at your tickets before you leave. I asked them roll their cameras back so they can see my transaction and they refused. I hope he is no longer working there.

I went to this pawn shop about three weeks ago and the bald headed black male with the glasses is so rude and needs to work on his customer service skills. I attempted to trade in my previous ring and was told I paid less than what I did. I had to produce my receipt from 2016 to show them that I had paid more than the amount he wanted to give me. He acted like he was upset that I still had that receipt but I have learned when dealing with certain people, this is necessary. I won't be back. Besides the inventory is not that great anyway. This place sucks and so does he.

This is the worst establishment I have ever been to before in my LIFE! The way they handle their customers is truly disturbing, inconvenient, disrespectful, and an embarrassment to our community. The Caucasian lady working the front desk was SO RUDE! And the bald, black gentleman was even worse as he stared down my fiancé as if he wanted a problem. We were disrespected from the time we walked in to that place to inquire about a possible return that was purchased from their establishment. Initially, we spoke to the owner but the fat white lady would not even call the owner to honor what she told my fiancé. This was our first time ever going to a pawn shop and it was the worst experience ever! I hope this place gets shut down! It is not representative of our values and morals and it should not be in our community. They need to learn the definition of RESPECT, and CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. PERIOD! DO NOT SHOP AT PJS PAWN!
