Cost $20 to cash a check from a company that has an account already with the bank. Highway robbery.

Had some issues with my account. Emily is the best she sat on hold with me for over an hour with the fraud department and made sure I was able to get everything straightened out and on my way. She made a very unpleasant situation much easier. Thanks again!

I Absolutely love PNC. I would never recommend this branch to anyone. The branch manager, Robert is very rude and makes up his own policies on the spot. One of the bankers was trying to help me and he completely shut them down and told then they weren't able to do anything. After this experience I probably should switch banks, but the other branches always treat me well.

I called the St Louis Bank about transferring money from my account to another bank and the lady was COMPLETELY RUDE! Can't believe she hung up on me while I was asking her questions! When I get home I'm shutting all of my accounts down and finding a different bank!! If I could pick 0 stars.. that's what I would have done!!

Oh my, now...companies ask if you won't Paperless statements and claim its because they have Online Apps!Than, inform you that to provide tangible bank statements beyond 2 years ...that its a $ 5.00 fee! However, they send advertisements to you...that date the year you're asking for your transaction history! Maybe, we should charge them $5.00 to receive their advertisements each time they come to our email and or home!I spoke with Bank Manager of the PNC Bank located on the corner of Chippewa and Hampton in S. City Saint Louis. This guy informed me..."The earliest he could get me and appointment would be at 5p.m. and that the fee would be $5.00 per page..and the office closes at 6p.m. ..that His Staff has to be paid!My question is....if the bank remains open til 6 p.m. why did he mention an fee or go out of his way to explain..." If, I wanted the appointment or not...that it will be filling quickly"I explained, I have had...identity fraud..that didn't change his need to help...!I thanked him for his time and existed the building...recalling the Retired School teacher's experience in Polk County Florida! She banked with the Midwest Credit ( teacher's) for 50 years...we all know...how that turned out!I must admit, I was disappointed and shocked to have been an customer since 2018.That he being the Supervisor wouldn't take the extra step...being that their was know one waiting to be seen in the lobby!

Julie did a great job helping me today! She explained how to navigate the app and the few really cool things that the app offers to help succeed financially! I was felt very comfortable talking to her about my concerns. 5 stars for Julie! The rest of team has always been just as helpful!

Poor service. Because I had an account at PNC I scheduled 3 separate appointments to open Roth accounts. Each time I was told either that no one capable of opening the account was available or that the wait would be very long. They didn't care that I was inconvenienced.

Specialist who see you when you enter the bank is so rude. And they can not do the precession what you have to do. I came three times to open online banking still did not be fixed

I’ve always loved PNC and this location is no exception. Friendly employees and fast service. They’re also open until 6pm on the weekdays which is great for folks like me who work until 5.

Predatory lenders, this is where people go to bank when no other bank will give them an account. It's like the payday loan store of banks.
