All 5 of these stars are for Damian! I had a (somewhat) complicated issue with my accounts that Damian helped resolve. He was friendly, knowledgeable and responsive. Damian successfully turned a frustrating situation into a pleasant interaction which is an amazing talent ?

Been banking here since before it was PNC. A month ago, had some issues and went into this branch. A teller took my card said it was canceled and issued a new one. A month later, fraud charges on the card that was supposed to be canceled and when I call to check, apparently she doesn't work there anymore, convenient? And the manager, I believe his name was Tyler, had no concern about the fact that my card number could have been stolen by an employee. He was absolutely nohelp on the phone and made it seem like my fault. I've been here since it was Pioneer but I'm canceling my account. I would not advise anyone to open an account here.

Poor customer service through both online and branch channels. Online customer service repeated shuts down and then says to go into branch, and this branch says to try calling customer service number.

What a joke. Show up want to open savings accounts at 230 pm lady at lobby said all the bankers are at lunch 🤔. Come back at 330 bankers left early. Guess no one want to work at this bank.

DO NOT get loan from this location. I came to the branch to talk with someone for my loan. The people that I talked to were so nice. They gave me all my information that I needed and understand about the loan. They did help me to start my application. I was so happy when I left. I thought the person I talked to would be my loan office, but he was not. My loan application was given to Lauren. Lauren will send out messages when she needed information. When I have questions or need to understand something, I could not get a hold of Lauren. When I emailed with questions, I have to wait at least 2 days, to get my answers. Lauren never reach out to me or call and talk to me about my loan. About a week ago, when I already had scheduled my closing date, she called and ask me some questions. She read the information to me, but did not explain clearly to me, and asked to pick some options that she just read to me. I told her I did not clearly understand what she tried to do, and I asked for more information or a different way so I could understand what was going on. She told me she had to talk with her manager about it. I told her called me back and let me know. So the day I talked to Lauren was on Tuesday or Wednesday. I haven’t heard from Lauren since then. I have scheduled a closing date on the following Wednesday. So she called me today, it is Tuesday at 3:56PM. My closing date is tomorrow. I have 1 missed call from her. I am working today. I was with my client when she called. When I finish, I called her back 6 times. She did not answer. She sent an message, and kind of mad because I did not answer her phone call. I want to clarify I do have a job too. I get a loan and I have to pay it back. I am feeling mistreated. I feel like I am asking or begging for money. Is this loan a free money or what……….

This is a poorly managed bank branch. The manager is flippant and apathetic. They promise to call back but never do. PNC has become an embarrassment.

I set up an appointment online to start an account. I was greeted by Michelle in the lobby at the scheduled time. She was friendly and professional and walked me through several options. She followed up two weeks later to see if I had any trouble accessing online banking. No complaints.

Absolutely horrible. I have a personal and business account with this bank, and I seriously regret opening both. The customer service here is nonexistent. I called earlier this afternoon, was told they would have someone call me back in 20 minutes, and 3 hours later, I had to call to follow up. Their branch manager is unhelpful and extremely condescending. Would not recommend AT ALL.
