My job uses this bank branch. The people that work there, namely Jennifer, is rude, uncaring, unorganized, and speaks without understanding…anything. Working to change banks because of the poor service we receive.

We had a data breach over the weekend. We spent literally over an hour trying to talk to a person on the phone to get our debit and credit card secured. Then today went in to this local branch to get help with cancelling checks and one other debit card. The branch was severely understaffed and crowded with people needing service. The person at the door who was there to help was either unable or unwilling to be helpful. She could not seem to understand how to handle our data breach. Finally got help from one of the two tellers - she was a gem but one person cannot carry a whole bank. Then when I tried to use my new debit card it was not activated properly so had to sit on the phone some more. So disappointed with the service, response and help level during a pretty stressful time and feeling certain that most of the issues were handled with a few key strokes on a computer. If you are looking for a new place to bank, maybe go a different direction. They just made a bad situation so much worse.

Went in for 2 things. They weren't able to help with either and frankly didn't even try. Seriously considering just switching banks.

Do not like when cashier asks personal questions. I came to withdrawal MY money from MY account. Just give them to me...that is not cashiers business what i need it for.

Predatory lender. Have been using auto pay for 2-3 years, then without notification PNC turned off auto pay resulting in me getting a memo of late payment with late fees.

Had to do a bunch of banking for home sale and home purchase lately. The in-branch service has been excellent. They're busy sometimes, but will help schedule to make it work.PNC in general doesn't have the most competitive rates, but I keep using them for some key transactions because their brick-and-mortar service is very good.Worked with Ed several times in the last year, he's extremely professional. Thanks.

After visiting this location twice in a month span, I am very dissatisfied with the service. With only one drive through lane open during peak banking hours, I waited for 10 minutes without moving, before leaving.

Waited in a very long line at the drive thru here yesterday, and as non-account holders with this bank, we were certain that we would be turned away... To our surprise, the only person working the drive thru was more than happy to help us, and even took and extra few seconds to individually thank us for our business on the outside of each of our cash envelopes even though she was obviously extremely busy! We could not have been happier with the service we received and I really wish I had caught the name of our teller because she deserves a raise for sure!!!

Had to go to this branch to get Medallion Signature guarantee stamps with my local branch being closed due to covid19. Great service with Curt and Courtney to get my forms stamped. Outstanding service at this branch.

Terrible. This branch has no idea what they are doing and what products they offer. They will open innapporpriate accounts, charge $25 a month on what they tell you is a student account for your school aged child. Do not think the corporate office is any better because they have no idea what their products are and have to ask "the back office" and get back to you in 24-48 hours. This is basically an online bank. Go to Discover, Citi or Ally because you will not get service from PNC at a branch anyway.
