The food was horrible the gravy on the potatoes was bland not Cajun and cold the chicken was bland and cold got the sweet and spicy had to wait about 7 minutes to take my order until everyone was done talking but when I did get waited on the service was friendly and quick both the young lady and the manager was super.

This has to be one of the worst in the franchise. This place needs to be closed and restructured. I to wait 15 minutes for chicken to be done and when I went back up about 20 minutes later she said that all the pieces I were waiting on had been given to all the people that ordered after I did. Everyone was standing around looking high and clueless. I asked for my money back and the number to corporate but was given the wrong number...imagine that. I wasn't even offered a simple " sorry for your inconvenience "

We LOVE Popeyes. We just stopped in and as we were getting out of our car, 2 employees got out of the car to our left. The smell of weed was STRONG! I don’t care if you smoke. As they are walking in one of the employees said it’s drive thru only. No sign on the door. Apparently you can smoke out but can’t serve customers. Terrible.

I ordered a simple chicken sandwich, They made me sit for ten minutes and when the sandwich came out after waiting all that time it was uncooked. The worker put it in my hand and it was cold. Then after taking it back inside they brought out a sandwich I was skeptical of eating. Horrible!!!!!

Food was horrible, spent 50 dollars to refund 30 due to freshness and incorrect items. When returned I was told I receive more food than ordered. Like it was a good thing, to get old and wrong items, as long as it's alot of old wrong food. Smh zero stars, but not an option.

We mobile ordered chicken almost an hour before close. Went to pick it up 40 minutes before close and they told us they were completely out of chicken at a chicken place- translation- they didn’t want to cook food anymore.Then we asked for a refund for our order which they didn’t assist with- referred us to the app. Was also rude to us when we asked for a refund.Then when we went through the app they fought us a refund for food we never received and instead wanted to offer us a partial credit for food we again did not recieve.Eventually they refunded our order after escalation.Definitely would not come back or recommend this place to anyone especially if it’s the last hour they are open.

This location is straight trash and corporate should definitely do something about it! They never answer the phone, the customer service is disgusting, they never give you all your food after you pay $40. This has happened on may occasions ( not just one ) everyone working here should be retrained or fired starting with management. I will not come back to this location ( or Popeyes in general after these discretions )

It’s 6:40 pm on Saturday 2-17-24 and this restaurant is not only out of spicy chicken, but there’s a wait on “all chicken.”. This is prime dinner hour, but the typical story no matter what Lees we visit.

I sat in line after ordering for over 10 mins, then received the wrong food, Mgr in a sarcastic tone told me I received what I ordered like I don't know what I ordered. Horrible service.

The manager here is horrendous. I order food, it’s wrong and YOU have an attitude with me? No ma’am. This location will be shut down if they don’t find some new employees.
