First, I was told I would be receiving a new transmission and mounts, only for them to later say they only rebuild them. Picked up my car, still with mounting issues that caused an axle to break, and sent it back to have that fixed still without them fixing the mounts, and still I had to send it back for bad transmission lines that they claim wasn't bad the initial visit only to pick my car up with a broken oil dipstick they tried to blame on Valvoline which I knew wasn't true. I believe they think women are not knowledgeable about cars and feel they can say anything just to move the process along. There are no honest service workers anymore. Everybody wants a lot of money for incompetent work. I will not be returning, and any future customers I would recommend you to a second opinion before settling with them. Just because a company specializes in something doesn't mean they are good at their job.

These people are very knowledgeable and there prices are reasonable I would recommend them to anyone.

These folks were able to help me out for an affordable price after the dealership said it couldn’t be fixed! I really appreciate these guys! Will definitely be going to them next time I need transmission repairs.

God bless these people! They were AWESOME! I was so stressed because i took my car to the Jeep dealer and they told me i needed a transmission but i got a second opinion with precision transmission and they discovered it was my starter. They got me in and out in one day..im so thankful! Use them they are knowledgeable professional and quick. i called them with a problem with my ram 1500 they got me right in an was very knowlegable an honest , a 4800 dollar transmission i was told from other reptible shops all because of codes only cost me 108 dollar thanks to the group at precisionsService: Transmission repair

I got a rebuilt transmission had to take it back four times for transmission leaking in five months just got it back 4 day’s ago and it’s leaking again this last time my truck had 143000 miles on it got it back at 163000 miles no point in arguing about it very dishonest I feel as if I was a man this wouldn’t had happened very disappointed money wastedService: Transmission
