I had a great experience here! I like to communicate with David very much. He gave me a very fair price, much lower than the price I got in the Dealer shop. In addition, he updated the progress of car maintenance in a timely manner and kept in touch with me through SMS so that I could keep track of the progress. Finally, he added the coolant for me for free. Thank you very much David! Next time I will come to you for repairs and will recommend you to my friends

Premium Automotive was highly recommended by a close family member for a very good reason. I then took my vehicle there too, it needed some extensive and complicated repairs mainly the catalytic converter. Not only was David and his team more than knowledgeable about the vehicle, his pricing was more than fair and reasonable. It's been 5 years since my first visit/review. The quality of service, communication, care and character has not faltered since. Through now my third vehicle with Dave, I couldn't be more than thankful for the continuance of positive experiences. Especially in the realm of automobile repairs being already stressful enough for the average person.
If you've been scouring Google search engine results looking for the right mechanic, no need to look any further. You've found your guy.

Premium Automotive has exceptional service at an affordable rate. They’ve worked on our Porsche, BMW, Tesla, and Mercedes with top-tier care, without charging as much as dealerships. David and his father are honest, knowledgeable and treat all of our cars like their own. I would recommend David for any European/high-end car owners who want quality without paying dealership price tags.

Recently, I found myself in need of service for my 2020 Maserati Levante S GranLusso and reached out to several local automotive shops. To my dismay, none of them were able to accommodate my request in a timely manner. Frustrated but determined, I took to the internet in search of a solution.
That's when I stumbled upon Premium Automotive. Intrigued, I decided to give them a call. To my delight, I was connected with David, who swiftly arranged for my vehicle to be serviced on the same day. I was incredibly grateful for their quick response, which allowed me to get back on the road without a lengthy delay.
When I arrived at the shop, I was met with professionalism and transparency. The service I received included the replacement of both front and rear brake pads, along with the rotors. David took the time to explain every step of the process, ensuring I understood what was being done. He even went a step further by documenting the old and new parts with side-by-side photos and videos, clearly illustrating the differences. His thoroughness and dedication to customer service were evident throughout.

I recently had my 2022 Mercedes-AMG GT53 serviced at Premium Automotive and would like to commend David for his outstanding work. He diagnosed and repaired my vehicle in a timely and efficient manner. I was particularly impressed by the shop's practice of providing photographs and videos that documented the condition of the vehicle both before and after the repairs. This level of transparency and professionalism is truly commendable, and I have not experienced this with larger chains or dealerships.
For those who own a Mercedes, I highly recommend visiting Premium Automotive and asking for David, as he will ensure that your vehicle receives the utmost care.

I took my 2017 Cadillac CT6 to Premium Automotive after moving it from the dealership for a mayor repair. David is the truth and is a great guy. He is very informative and is honest and straightforward. The dealership estimate to repair my vehicle was 21k. David saved me a lot of money. Upon receiving the vehicle, he took pictures and explained everything in detail. Once I approved the repairs, he ordered all of the parts from the manufacturer and no used or refurbished parts were put on my vehicle.
Once all the parts were in, David contacted me to inform me all parts were in and he was starting on my vehicle as well as sent pictures of the parts. He worked after hours to get it done. After the repair was done, I was contacted and informed he was going to test drive the vehicle. After the test drive, he performed another inspection. He did find a issue and contacted me to authorize that repair. After that repair was made he test drove the vehicle again.
The vehicle was then inspected again and after it met his standards, I was contacted to pick up my vehicle. David provided me with a complete inspection and list of what repairs were needed and what was recommended along with the estimates. Again, I was very impressed with the quality of work and the great communication. I highly recommend this shop for all of your auto repair needs.

If you're looking for a friendly, professional, and honest auto shop, Premier Automotive is for you! David is different than any mechanic I’ve done business with. He’s thorough, knowledgeable, and takes pictures of everything precisely, new and old parts making you feel like you’re right there doing the job with him. I believe no other shop does that. There hasn’t been a time where I have been very satisfied. I will continue going to this shop and encourage anyone else in the St Louis area to do the same.
