Disregard the following: I'm only leaving one star because there is no option to leave ZERO STARS. The manager/owner here is one of the most foul people I have yet come across in my life. I witnessed him treating another professional very disrespectfully and that alone is enough for me to NEVER recommend this salon to anybody. And to STEVEN KOOTMAN: Respect is something you should have learned before grade school, it's very disappointing that you have yet to acquire this skill. Learn how to treat and talk to people kindly if you are going to run a business.EDIT: I’d like you to know that Chrissy’s Cleaning asked me to leave your salon a review after you fired her services for doing a bad job.

Unfortunately, I have to write this review after not having a great outcome. I took my daughter here to get her hair permanently straightened. I explained to the owner and the lady who did her hair that her hair is curly and hard to manage daily, we wanted to eliminate the frizz. They both claimed it would be BONE STRAIGHT AND NO FRIZZ. I agreed to get it done. It was a high price tag. She got it done. Everyone was nice. It took about 5 hours. It looked great until not even a week later the frizz was not tamed at all and there was waves of curls coming back in the back of her hair. I called explaining my concerns. The owner said she will do it again I said okay. We go back this time it only took 3 hours and she did have of the stuff she did last time. Again, when we left it looked great. Then a week later again looks wavy, curly and very very frizzy. I paid alot of money so I wasn't happy. I texted again said my concerns. Claimed she would do it again for her I said I don't want her hair falling out from back to back treatments and damage her hair completely. Her hair was virgin hair, never been dyed or anything. After that I NEVER HEARD FROM THE SALON AGAIN. They did nothing for her. They didn't care their work wasn't backed up like they claimed. Not great communication towards the end. I paid over $600. I paid for the service, shampoo and a tip. This isn't $100. They should make their customers happy. I was going to get my hair permanently straightened as well. I don't have curly hair but just a slight wave. However why should I pay for my hair to get done when they can't even take care of my daughters hair?! They could have done something other than ignore me. I wasn't rude or foul. I was extremely nice. I'm shocked at the behavior!

Dee was a wizard with my hair! The first salon in STL that uses Magic Sleek. If you use any permanent hair straightener, try the Magic Sleek process. It’s life changing! And the whole staff were funny, and kind and accommodating.
