We called Theo in a panic, he hooked us up with a trailer and everything we needed to get on the road. He saw the day we were having and cut us a deal. “Rented a storage unit and bought moving materials from U-Haul at Kingshighway. The facilities are older, but the unit worked for my needs at reasonable price.
Each step of the way, desk staffers Kaley & Ciara were unfailingly polite, supportive and helpful. Moving is always a stressful and anxiety-inducing experience, but these ladies' interactions and transactions helped make buying supplies and storing my boxes more pleasant. I hope U-Haul values the contributions these two make to the customer experience!

“The Assistant Manager went above and beyond for my pick up I believe his name was José but he waited about 20min after closing for me as I was driving from KC to STL and then driving back to NJ on a Sunday, having my 1 year old, wife's dog and cat in the car ready for the drive and move to NJ I appreciate him very much for understanding our situation!”
