Updating my review again. I just arrived at the storage facility and the office is closed during business hours AGAIN. EVERY TIME I have come here the office has been closed with the gates down. You can’t get carts or anything. This is truly maddening. To the point I’m considering switching storage companies
Update from my original review: After I posted my review, I got a call from the district manager. He came prepared with solutions for me to address the issue of the carts being unavailable. And he will be handling the issue of them closing early. I appreciate how proactive and engaged he was. Alleviated most of my concerns/issues.
Old review:
This location is truly awful. I’ve never thought a place could be run this poorly. The office closes early without notice. Carts are never available. Staff is unhelpful. I literally could not imagine a worse experience thus far. Pathetic.

We've had a unit with Public Storage for less than six months and received an email saying that our monthly auto-pay will increase 40%. When we called the location to ask the reason for such a large increase and so soon, we were told they are not able to adjust our rent at this time.
Also important to note is that we visited our unit today and discovered that one of our locks had been cut. It's unclear who did this or when it happened, and the attendant had no solution for it and said we could go back through old video.

I unfortunately did not receive assistance several times within the first 30 days of having service. I was ready to completely part ways with the company but then received a phone call to get my problems and questions remedied. I spoke with someone in management, and it was a sincere human who seemed to truly care about his business and customers. I was shocked how genuine and charismatic he was, a rare find. He turned my agitation into understanding and was humble in his delivery. Because of his sincerity and wanting to make things right, my original review of 1 star is now 4. If the other interactions were with him, it would be an astounding 5.
