Alexus service was the best I have seen at this location. The last lady was kind of rude. She even offered to show me how to tape my storage boxes. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Moved from California back to the Midwest and stopped by a Public Storage to get information. Glad I stopped because Alexis and Steve were very friendly, informative, and helpful.

After successfully “holding/reserving” a Public Storage space, I received a confirmation email asking me to complete the reservation. In doing so, I encountered quite a few rather unexpected issues: the system didn’t provide the necessary link/button for me to proceed so I couldn’t make the payment online; It didn’t recognize my email/login so I couldn’t login to my account; The call center staffs couldn’t help me with making the payment over the phone, etc. I was left wondering what I should do next to finalize my reservation.
Tonight, 4/3/25, Alexus called me as a return to my Voice Mail. Alexus is a property manager at the Public Storage located at 3192 S Brentwood Blvd., St. Louis, MO 63119. She was patient enough to listen to all my recent episodes, and offered to help me with making the payment over the phone. She made another reservation for me, and pushed the correct links to my email box, from which I was finally able to complete my reservation by making the required payment and secured my space!
I thank Alexus so much because she did something that no one else could do. By helping out an out-of-state customer like me, Alexus not only resolved a thorny issue that had kept me from completing my reservation, but also restored Public Storage’s reputation, at least in my mind. Thank you very much Alexus, you are the best!

Horrible experience. No humans, no customer service phone or email, no way to communicate with the company. Endless loop of an 800 number and the chat bot online non functional. Feels like a scam. They sent me an email notifying me that I've moved out, which is not true, but no way to verify if what is happening.

0 STARS, Do not rent from this location. Leaky roof in unit for 6 MONTHS. Spoke to three different people in the office on three separate occasions August 2024, October 2024 and finally last week January 2025 (when the office was actually open and staffed which was almost never) all three said they would take care of it and never did. Supposedly work orders were submitted but every time I went back there was water in the bucket I had under the leak. Left several voicemails with the office, never received a call back. On top of that they constantly raised my rental rates with no notice for a unit they couldn't even properly maintain. Absolutely unprofessional and incompetent management. Full stop, will never be renting from Public Storage again.
