It would be fine enough- I mean it's just a parking lot, but WATCH OUT- the price jumps exponentially and without any warning! Our UNCOVERED parking space started at $30/ month, jumped to $170 and now, just a few months later, has risen again to $198. The property is unmanned, so besides the lighting, I'm unsure how these cost increasescan possibly be justified.
A crew painted the building. They were nice enough to cover our camper, but they used duct tape or similar to hold the drop cloth down so the residue is forever stuck and visible- and it didn't fully work.

I've been renting a unit at P.S. in St. Louis—9030 Watson Rd. location for 3-months now, and my experience has been consistently positive. The property manager in particular has been exceptional—responsive, attentive, and clearly invested in maintaining both the facility and its relationships. She’s taken the time to build a genuine rapport with tenants, and her dedication shows in every detail—from the cleanliness of the grounds to the ease of communication.
It’s not often you come across service that feels personal in such a practical space, but here, it’s been the norm. If you’re looking for storage with reliable upkeep and a human touch, this is the place to go.

I rented a unit through the app that after taking possession I realized it was not the best fit for what I needed. I stopped by the location this morning and Danni was in the office, she was very helpful in finding a way to get me in a unit that was a better fit! Great customer service! I would recommend this location to anyone with storage needs. Interacting with a friendly and courteous employee like Danni made this a pleasant experience.

I rented unit #126 from April 2024 to December 2024. An employee named Blake Borders accused me of putting a stick in the gate one day and not punching in my access code in order to sneak in, which I never did. Also, an employee stole my lock one day to illegally make a copy of my key and on different occasions, stole my birth certificate, debit cards, and state ID's out of my unit. I later found out that I was being illegally recorded here (I'm not talking about the cameras they have all over the place to legally record everyone. I'm talking about I was individually illegally recorded at all times, even in the restroom, where there are no cameras.)
I'm currently in the process of having the FBI and US Department of Justice investigate this place. I'd suggest you go elsewhere if you want to keep your belongings safe. Also, the front gate wouldn't work a couple times when I needed to access my unit in order to get my work clothes, which almost made me miss work.
