I’ve been using this storage facility for a year and the service and the quality was excellent I got the help I needed they were patient with me and helped me get exactly what I needed that was efficient for me and my wallet. Shay was definitely a great help and I want to just say thanks for all they have done for me.

Normally I would give this place 5 stars since I have stored here in the past, back then there was public storage site management Always in the office or on site helping another customer, so you wait patiently till it’s your turn. You can walk in Anytime and if you had a problem they were always available to help (in person) 👉 NOW 👈
One ☝️ site manager over sees SEVERAL locations and probably gets paid the same as managing one ☝️ so you have to call and make a reservation and if you have any problems or issues there’s no one there to help. Plus I feel it’s a safety issue too. What if something dangerous happened and no one is around and phone battery is dead or car issues plus many other scenarios.
It is BETTER AND SAFER to have managers on each site for satisfying customer service and SAFETY. In my opinion. Because of this I chose another storage facility. I rather pay a little more for better quality and service. Plus face to face human interaction is incredibly important for healthy thriving and living

good temperature controlled storage, no employees seem to ever be on site and their roadways are awful. Our entire storage facility is without lights for the last couple times we've been here, the light in the photos exclusively from our cell phones.
