Tammy @ Public Storage 9722 Gravois road in Affton was very helpful and very nice . She helped us switch over to a small unit and made it easier on us since we didn't know how to . She has helped out on many occasions and always had a smile . Would recommend anyone to ask for her as she didn't seem to mind even though she was ready to go home .Very grateful for her help .

I got a covered spot for my new RV online. I couldn't get into the spot they assigned me because of the length of my tow vehicle, so I parked it in another temporarily. The management got in touch with me and ended up clearing the space I used and reassigning it to me, so they made the experience better. I will say the concrete needs repaired at the gate there is a hole, if you step out of your vehicle it is dangerous footing, and there are other holes around the property. The google maps directions are wrong and it is hard to find the entrance, which is also narrow for an RV. But hey, the price is right!

Have not had a great experience so far , they continue to take my rate up ..I was promised a rate & it’s gone up $70 , mind you I’ve been with this company for less than a year , after informing me the rate has to go up I was informed it would go again in a few more months .. started at $168 I am now at $233 for my unit, would not recommend at all !

Tammy was very helpful and responsive. I received a call back about my locker within 24 hours, and she was able to answer any questions I had in regard to my locker space. If you are looking for a storage space I highly recommend.

Tammy is INCREDIBLE! I was already so stressed today and just coming to this unit has made me smile and laugh. She made it much easier then I thought and it was a relief to meet her today. The process was very simple and easy going with Tammy!
