They were life savers when uhaul dropped the ball . Moving from another stated and our house was not ready we were able to call and get a unit big enough for a 3 bedroom house after 6pm for under 40 bucks !

They no longer have a dumpster to throw away unwanted items and the prices are too high now

Today was the first day I went to put my items in my unit. first when I pulled up the app kept saying no acces. Then it blocked me out after using the right code from the get go. Found my unit and it wasn't a lock are anything on the door are on the inside. it was very trash. originally bought a lock when I set all this up. Talked to customer service to find out I still needed to buy a lock they did say it would be credited but I'm still not ok with that what if I didn't have the money for that. When I left I got stuck only because the app access wasn't working again so I had to get out my truck and enter the code manually.

I had an issue with the kiosk at this location not reading the money issued to the machine properly and when i reported Dan came through with immediate resolve. I totally appreciate his attention to my concern.
