The 1000 piece puzzle had two missing pieces! It also had two pieces that were totally unrelated to the puzzle. Very annoying and time consuming. Do they sell used puzzles as new ones????

We wanted to get some puzzles for our 3.5 year old and figured we'd check the place out. He was up to like 100 pieces puzzles, which I didn't see on the website, but once we stepped in the staff greeted us and told us of the children's puzzles room off to the right. It was perfect. Exactly what we needed. We grabbed a couple and we're out quick. Pleasant experience. Will definitely be back.

They have all the puzzles you could possibly want and then some and then some more and then even more online. Pretty nifty place and I’ll be back to stroll the aisles and see what puzzle we’re going to try next.

Love the picture on Cradle of Life. However, there are many pieces that are bent so that the puzzle doesn’t lie completely flat. There were also several pieces that were completely broken. The pieces are a nice size and like the shapes. It’s just the production that’s bad

We ordered 2 Ravensburger puzzles, and although they were new and sealed, they had a nasty, musty smell that made us gag. We tried to air them out the best we could, and still put them together, but we won't be ordering from PW again.
