Arrived to an empty office. 25minutes later an employee surfaced. Despite 2 failed attempts at self-service only check-in, I was informed there wasn't a request from my DR. My DR. states there is. i was given an option of a 4 hr delay to be looked at or stay in office hoping for a no-show.

To find: park at medical tower A by the Breast Center and look for outpatient services on the left and look for the Quest lab on the back wall!

People are very nice here and it’s very efficient. but it so confusing and impossible to find. No signage anywhere in the facility. The directly says ground floor but impossible to find. There are signs everywhere but no Quest signs at all. In the area that it’s in has signs for every service center but the lab.

This was the best Quest office I've been to. Everyone was friendly, fast, and efficient. I got in at my scheduled appointment time and was in and out in a very reasonable amount of time. I will continue to use this Quest in the future.

I'm a hard stick but have had a few good experiences here. I scheduled an appointment and was in-and-out in 14 minutes. Dawn was friendly and did a great job.

The scheduling system sucks! I came into the facility 15 minutes before my appointment and checked in via my phone. Talking with another one of the MANY people waiting, found out she had the same appointment time though she was a walk-in. She was called to go back before me who had my appointment in advance. I asked one of the lifeless looking workers and her response was “do you see your name on the screen?” She said it as if I was supposed to know to look there. There was literally no signage with this instruction. I looked and all the “names” were really some letter combos of the initials and I did not see mine. She then said I needed to check-in via the kiosk. However, the phone check-in literally said that I did not need to check-in via the kiosk. I asked her if the phone check-in does not work and she said sometimes it does and sometimes it doesn’t ? I got so frustrated when I checked in and the system told me that I was over 10 minutes late (mind you I had been there for over 40 minutes) and would have to make a new appointment. It was nothing but God that had the lady call my name next and I was rushed thru from there. Felt like being pushed thru a machine, no feeling or emotion or compassion or care. I felt even worse for all the elderly there who really needed help understanding the kiosk and the other patients, not the workers, had to help them. I hope Mercy ends their contract with Quest. Horrible “service”!

Very disappointed in this location. They are moving across the parking lot from 777 S New Ballas, which has been my go to location for years. I got to 777 S New Ballas late for an appt and was told between moving and having booked appt for the rest of the afternoon, they couldn't see me. Ok, my fault for being late. But they directed me to the new location and told me the new location was open till 5. I got there before 4:30 and was rudely told that they were closing and couldn't see me. I checked the website and their hours are posted as being open till 5. No apologies just a shove out the door with a "we're closing now"

They have an appointment system but none of the 3 quests I have used honor that. Please check with your provider for alternatives.

Made appointment through website, got there was told that their systems were down when looking for the suite - not accepting any patients. No communication, no way to talk to a person. Even the mailbox was full on the voicemail. Very unprofessional, waste of time, disruption of work to reschedule. Terrible experience.

MERCY HOSPITAL QUEST LAB. Was awesome! Dawn & Brittany were OUTSTANDING!! Dawn greeted me with a welcoming smile. All I had was a drop off of a 24 hour UA. THANK YOU!>>>Earlier had a BAD experience at QUEST WENTZVILLE ! So I drove to MERCY & Happy I did.

I went to quest diagnostic in this tower. I have to say. The stuff are so rude to me. She wasn’t gentle on patient, Moreover, she doesn’t do her job properly.Firstly ,my insurance name, even though I gave the insurance card, handled over to her hand ,not only if she can’t find the insurance name because she want to do it fast and furious. She doesn’t even bother to ask the correct insurance name. She took my insurance card and read it as Aetna only instead of Aetna signature Administrators POP. The stuff lazy just to look at full name of my insurance, so they decided not to ask me neither put correct one. And she said today I must pay out of pocket $252 my first time and the second time $45 . She said we can’t proceed if you don’t pay first. That’s how this location work . Do you want to pay cash or card? And after I paid ,she proceeded .They will not treat you if you don’t hand over money first .for that is fine you want money before do it ok. Let’s do it. After that I got the new letter sent to home saying that my insurance name was incorrect . Therefore, I have to contact line and make correction ,get my new payment and wait for the refunds .
