Waited one hour past my appointment time for simple bloodwork. Four others left and two meals were delivered. I dont mind waiting an hour if I dont have to pay the copay. I pay you for a service but I dont get anything for giving my time. The two women calling patients back need to work on their communication skills w the elderly too.

Absolutely a joke. Having quest as the lab is a main reason I don’t want Mercy as my carrier anymore. You can’t get blood work done they don’t come to even explain when you’re outside waiting for appointments and no one has opened the doors. Absolute joke. Every single time I visit a quest there is an issue

Not functioning. Waited over thirty minutes past my appointment time and was not taken back. Had to leave because there were still ten names ahead of me. This place is a joke.

Shout out to Johnathan. He was funny and made me at ease while I got my blood work done. I hate needles and his humor made it quick and painless. I would give 5 stars but the whole building and offices feel run down and dirty.

Thanks to Meghan I had a pleasant experience. She was very patient because getting blood from me is not easy. She made it painless! I came to the lab as a walk in and timed it perfectly. I was waited on within 10 minutes.

I have never before left a lab or doctor's office feeling injured. Associate rushed through everything as if she were in a race. I have never been jabbed so roughly for any blood draw in my life. Whole demeanor excessively rude. That's the last time I set foot in that location! I will drive 45 minutes away if I need to. Never again! YIKES

As someone who is a big baby about all things medical, they staff was very professional and took great care of me. I no longer dread blood draws, and this is a testament to the staff.
