Make an appointment with them for a specific time and do not count on being seen at that time. I waited for over an hour after my appointment time and when I asked when I would get seen after that they were extremely rude and never even told me. Eventually i got seen 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time.

Easy to make an appointment and it was right on time. My doctor's office failed 7 times over 3 different days to draw blood. The phlebotomist at Quest did it in one go.

My Phlebotomist Grecia Gonzalez-Martinez was phenomenal. Initially, upon her entering the waiting room prior to calling my name, she stepped out. She helped and assisted an elderly patient who was having difficulty using the Kiosk to check in for her scheduled appointment. Grecia, was kind, patient, and empathetic while being very supportive and assisting the patient with the check-in process. After that, Grecia called me back to assist me with the collection of my specimens. Grecia, was very kind, and friendly and collected my specimens with excellence, precision, and speed while delivering immaculate customer service which I most certainly appreciate. I look forward to coming back to Quest and I hope Grecia is my Phlebotomist in the future. I as this confidently as a soon-to-be registered nurse. Please, award Grecia a bonus, raise, or increase in pay because, she was a breath of fresh air and the epitome of the best Quest Diagnostic Associate you'd want at all locations! Muchas gracias Grecia!
The only con to no fault of her's I sat in the waiting room for about 30 mins even having an appointment because it was so busy. My appointment was scheduled for 11:30 AM and I wasn't seen until 12:03 PM. Quest please hire more staff to assist with the high volume of patients at this location, please!

Overall a good experience, but I had to wait to get an appointment first thing in the morning which was necessary as I had to fast over night.

The staff at this location are a bunch of circus clowns and each one is more incompetent than the next. We took our toddler to get blood drawn and the first women couldn't find the vein and dug around in her arm causing more pain than was necessary. The second women found the vein but afterwards proceeded to swing around the vials of blood and dropped one. You can imagine how upset we would have been if a vial broke after all the pain my daughter went through to get it. As we were leaving we could hear them laughing about the whole experience. Completely lack of professionalism and basic life skills to be honest.

Make an appointment BEFORE going in, I had a hour and a half wait. Everyone was really nice everything seemed clean.

The phlebotomist was on her game and knew what she was doing. She even was willing to call me and tell me she forgot a vile and I had to come back. She immediately got me in, no problems.
The Lab however is located in the basement. You obviously cannot check in from your phone, in an internet dead zone. They even have a sign at the elevator stating this. I observed at least 20 different people coming in, with the inability to operate a tablet and scan their cards successfully at the kiosk. I had to enter my information to schedule my appointment, I had to provide all the same information again at the kiosk when I arrived, then yet again I had to verify the information with the phlebotomist in the lab. Absolute waste of time. Must say, slightly more ghetto than LabCorp.

This is probably the wrong location but I have no idea which location my test went to. I really miss bjc my chart to see my results. I made a request with quest and filled out the info correctly and they still can't give me my results because they said I gave them wrong info.
I'm just gonna go to the Drs office and get a copy. Quest could really learn a lot copying bjc format for patients to see results.

I needed to speak to a human being about an issue with my testing. This diagnostic center does NOT allow ANYONE to speak to a person at the facility. Ridiculous!

I will only speak of the wait times. If you need to be seen within 2 hours of your appointment time do not go to this location. I left while waiting after watching at least 4 other people leaving whose appointment times had passed well over 90 minutes earlier.
