Disappointed. They were short staffed; someone called off, and they were delayed by about 1-hour. The issue is not being delayed - unexpectedly, but not telling customers so they can decide to reschedule.

I work in healthcare so generally have a very tolerance for not so great customer service and long wait times but they are so unprofessional, they really should be investigated/reviewed.

super quick, but as a result of them being rushed, they didn't pull all the blood they should have, and my tests are all late. nice staff, but frustrated at the lack of care.

Arrived at 7am on a Saturday and the doors were locked. Waited outside in a line of about 7 people for 20 minutes and gave up. Waste of a morning. I’m shocked at this terrible experience.

Had an appointment at 7:20am, but when I arrived the lab was closed,
although opening hour showed 7:00am. No sign on the door about closed or emergency situation. I called the local number and national number and both said my quest location was open. A text or email could have prevented me from having to wake up early, travel time and use of 2 hours of vacation. Not professional or courteous.

Facilty was very clean and staff was very cordial and professional. I was a walk-in but was taken within 30 minutes of my arrival. Lots of street parking with no meters for overflow.

Over 30 mins late on a scheduled appointment. They had zero care on how they inserted the needle to take my blood. The entire time they drew it was hurting. They were also shaky with the needle, even when they were switching with different tubes. Even after I told the nurse, she just shrugged it off.
DO NOT GO HERE. Never again. Run away

This place is a joke! I drove from the Watson location at 10:05 and was not able to make an appointment due to automated system malfunctioning. I sat at the Kingshighway location for one hour and 50 minutes. The girl said your appointment wasn’t till 11:20. It would have been earlier if the automated system wasn’t a piece of crap. So then, the girls tell me that they haven’t even had lunch yet. Well, me neither since I’ve been dealing 10 AM. I also watched the employees go in and out of the bathroom like 10 times since I was there. This place is a joke and so are the employees you have running the place.

Registered online and checked in with link sent in text. Sat down and was called within 1 minute. Phlebotomist was spectacular. Informed them I have rolling veins and do best with a butterfly needle. She took her time to find the right spot and nailed it on the first try (not common for me).
