I've made appointments for 2 weeks in a row cause I only have Saturdays off and all 2 weeks I get here they say they are having Internet problems and send us somewhere else that is an hour wait..
I'm diabetic and fasting is not good considering my BSL is very low.. this place sucks

I switched from the Kirkwood location to this location. My experience has been very positive and I have my labs drawn here now all of the time.

Unprofessional staff, don't go by appointments, and terrible phlebotomists that do not listen to their patients.

I took my mother for visit here. Super rude. Didn't want to read doctors paper and said only blood work needed to be done, however, urine sample was required as well. After being told that urine sample was required she reluctantly looked it and finally did it. The worst location to get work done. Again, didn't have any of these issues at other locations.
Some old lady had to come back because she was bleeding to much. They were cleaning the blood in the waiting room. This place needs attention asap.

I used this location to do my three hour gestational diabetes screening after failing the first one. I was not looking forward to it because let’s be honest, who wants to get stuck four times in three hours? I’m bummed I did not catch my phlebotomists name but she was in room nine and she was incredible. She set a timer on her own end and was coming to get me on the dot when it was time for my next draw. I’m a hard stick with tiny veins and she listened to where they typically have luck and used techniques to make things easier for us to get the drawn completed. She made a note fun experience better! Thank you!

Jade was very accommodating. I had an appt. but no order from pcp. I got an order and she was able to draw my blood the time I got back with a 2 minute wait.

Pleasantly surprised. Jennifer was excellent and kind. Got a vein first attempt. After reading reviews for all of the Quest locations I was a bit worried. I made an appointment the day before, arrived about 20 minutes early. Was called back within 5 minutes. Confirmed identity. Had blood drawn and was out the door 5 minutes later.

I was seen almost as soon as I sat down. She was friendly yet efficient. Also talented, I had no pain and minimal bruising (I normally bruise if you look hard at me). I actually got back out to the car a minute BEFORE my appointment time. Wonderful service.

The staff is nice. But they need to realize that patients don't understand their office lingo. We ended up waiting 2 hours to be seen but could have been seen sooner.
A man walked by, told me and my kid "You're number 2". Ok.
A woman, 30 minutes later called for 102 or 202, I can't recall which, explaining that it was "a number assigned to someone who pressed the button for help, someone who had not signed in."
Well, I figured since I HAD signed in and never pressed a button for help, she wasnt referring to my daughter and I so we continued waiting, patiently.
When I finally realized I needed to speak up and ask if we'd missed something they came at me like I was supposed to put all their little bits of pieces of info together and should have figured it out.
No. Please do better explaining and not assuming you've been understood so that patuents aren't there a long time, confused about why they haven't been seen.

I went to Quest in South County to get blood drawn and I was impressed. The phlebotomist that took my blood was very professional and her office was so relaxing!!
