Jamal was fantastic—great, chill customer service. Really appreciated that.
But I left disappointed. I came in for an oil change only and clearly asked for no tire rotation since I just had my rims painted. It was noted, but someone still started removing a tire, and now some paint is chipped. I’m leaving for a 5-day road trip, so I won’t be able to fix it right away. Frustrating end to what started off as a good visit.

As a single woman, I am always fearful that I will be taken advantage of for car service. I have never felt that way here. Jamal went above and beyond for me and I am very grateful. Schicker ford cares about its people and not just making a buck.

This place was incredible! 10/10 experience. We unknowningly had a punctured oil filter which got worse over the course of 24 hrs. We took it to an auto repair shop and they told us the oil was good and charged us over $500 for an unrelated issue. We went through with it since we were in a pinch as we aren't from the area and needed the car driveable to continue our travels. We then saw puddles of oil under the car. Schicker Ford got us in immediately upon arrival even though they were closing in 10 minutes. They fixed the issue and our car sounds great. We are more than satisfied with the service.

I would not recommend this business for an emission test. I made an appointment for 10 am the day before and was told it would take about 30 minutes. Today, for my appointment I arrived 10 minutes early. After an hour, I walked to the counter to see what the issue was. I was informed they were just “busy.” I can understand being busy, but I received no communication about the situation. After addressing the issue I was then able to check out and leave. It makes me wonder how long my car was done before I walked up to the counter to figure out what was going on. In total, it took them one hour and 15 minutes to complete the appointment.

I just added a Post yesterday. Being asked for another is no problem. The services provided were incredible. I am a retired, disabled veteran. I was sent a reminder notification for the upcoming 70k vehicle checkup. I found and bought the SUV at Schicker Ford. I called on a Friday and got a Monday morning appointment. I brought it in and was told by Eric that this was complimentary. I had forgotten and he was great about it. He called a driver to take me home. To my surprise, he called and told me they were bringing my vehicle home to me. The fellow was already at my door with the paperwork and my key. I am so satisfied and grateful to deal with the staff at Quick Lane. These people are professionals who care about their service.

What a great team!I used to bring my F-150 in to see the guys at Quick Lane/Schicker and always had great experiences. Took my new Bronco in to have it serviced and - shocker - great experience!Jamal was incredibly helpful in giving me advice on scheduling and Adam (my mechanic/tech) was a total pro; both great guys to boot!I would highly recommend anyone looking for quality service with good turnaround to consider this group.
