I’m amazed the health department hasn’t shut them down for selling undercooked food consistently. Literally a 50/50 on if the food is actually cooked all the way, they don’t even check.

Nasty, dirty place. Parking lot full of trash, people loitering outside, restrooms closed (what do they expect people to do???). Staff member spraying cleaner on the hot roller sneeze-guards, it’s likely that the chemicals could get into the food. I think I made a good choice in not getting any hot food (even though I was very hungry and nothing else is open this time of night) from this location. Yuck.

People just dont care anymore. Slap it together and send it on its way. The chicken bacon ranch flat bread turned burrito was barely warm. The cheese wasn’t spread out or even melted(ice cold). I was the only person ordering food so they weren’t busy. Quik trip pays its workers too much and charges too much to get food like this.

Here regularly and not impressed by work ethics of staff at all.
But, today a young lady named LeAnna (I really hope I got here name right) was on point. She would get all 5 starts and then some. She was cleaning/caring about how this place is presented. Today like most days, someone was in the dirty ladies room on the phone...
I just wanted to shine the light on her efforts, it's refreshing to see for a change.

This place doesn't need any Starz. I went use the restroom and it's literally a out house squirted feces all over the back of all 3 toilets and smeared up the side let's me know nobody's cleaning up HERE!!!!

During this trip, I did made a query about QT stores and locations.
Glad to see a QT, even when I am far from home!
Have to mentioned this, cigarettes are cheaper up here than home! Gas are higher of course!

Clean and well stocked convenience store with experienced servers who keep the line of customers moving. Cold soda, hot coffee, taquitos, sandwiches, etc. Competitive gas prices, quick pumps and clean lot.

Went into store to have (2) chicken bacon ranch sandwiches made after getting off of work for my dinner around 5:30 pm at the cafe..she made one at a time 20 mins apart from each other I had to stand there while she was talking about her family life baby mama problems about men and saying every cuss word you could imagine!!Then looked at me rolling her eyes because she didn’t even want to work, then handed me my bag, and said you could have said Thank You, I looked at her and said I did! The manager their didn’t say a thing, other workers where drinking and eating Not working..

STORE #00637 on Kingshighway: Overnight Saturday night the manager on duty told me that the QT new rule for refills is when you come in, you have to tell her you are getting refill(s), or else when you come to the counter to pay, once you finish refilling, she will have to charge you full price. This is NOT TRUE. I then called other locations who told me there is no such policy new or otherwise. How does your overnight manager feel entitled to make up new policies and treat customers like we are thieves? To the store manager and the regional manager and corporate, is this how you want to treat your customers?

My go to for consistent, speedy decent food...either made at the counter or pre packaged. Reasonable price and fast , courteous service.
