The store has a great location and is nice, neat, clean and organized. Security guard is great, very personable and passionate about the job, and in‑house security solved the issue with homeless for a bit. Service has slipped a bit and the store appears to be a training store with new employee's. The management team love and greet customer with a smile, making the store a favorite place. The store thanks the regular customer.
Quicktrip in general has gone down in quality as they have become more ubiquitous. Dirty bathrooms, dry donuts, etc. Now theyre staffing 1 cashier in the AM when people are trying to make a quick stop before work.
Stop cutting costs at the customer's expense or you will have no more customers.
