Quicktrip in general has gone down in quality as they have become more ubiquitous. Dirty bathrooms, dry donuts, etc. Now theyre staffing 1 cashier in the AM when people are trying to make a quick stop before work.
Stop cutting costs at the customer's expense or you will have no more customers.

Great location
Just wish Daniel was nicer. I paid with a$100 bill because that was all I had for a nearly $30 tab. He was sighing and visibly mad the whole time he was counting out my change. If you guys have a problem accepting cashmoney as payment then just don't accept it all together. I'm a regular customer at QTs and his demeanor was not appreciated.

NASTIEST BATHROOM EVER.
Stopped here to fuel up and use the ladies bathroom. An EMPLOYEE was coming out as I was going in. The bathroom was a nasty mess. Toilet paper EVERYWHERE. Poop on one seat. The sink area was soaking and totally destroyed. YUK.,No more QT for me.

I went into this particular store on Dec 18 around 11 pm ( QT 687 OUTSIDE SAINT LOUIS MO) late one night with my daughter, we were hungry getting to the city late, as I had an emergency appointment in st Louis the following day, 12-19-24, the clerk ran my card, told me it didn't work, my card was frozen when I checked my account. But the clerk DID charge me for my items that she told me my card declined. (the transaction hard posted to my account)
I will escalate as needed. I hope the GM reaches out. I don't take kindly being ripped off and scammed.

I went into this quicktrip, grabbed my purchase and immediately went to the counter. The store security guard then came to the register, leaning a couple of feet away from me, glaring at me. It was obvious even to the cashier, who asked armed glare man what he was staring at. This alarmed me to the point I called the store and spoke to a manager. He stated that there had been multiple complaints about this armed, hair trigger individual for the way he immediately escalates situations. This then alarmed me enough to write this. If you've gotten these complaints why is six gun psycho still employed?
I will not go back to this store. I fear dude is going to end up killing someone for the act of shopping. It's not going to be me that he gets to live his gun totin' fantasy through, with my murder. Be vigilant if you patronize thIs QT location. Beware the insecurity guard.

I'm normally a daily customer here at this specific location.but whoever the fat guy is is terrible ??. He basically barely payed me any attention and LITERALLY CARELESSLY placed my items in one bag mind you I paid for hot dogs and buffalo chicken strips among other items and when I clearly had my credit card out ready for pay he almost didn't acknowledge that.
Am not happy with this man at all once I find out his name I will be posting it as well and urge people not to deal with him his attitude sucks.
P.S if I knew how to post pictures of how my items were placed in my bad I would post here

Cashier was rude. Service was ridiculously slow. It’s disappointing that QT outside of Oklahoma just isn’t nearly as good of service and isn’t run nearly as well. I try to fuel up and get snacks at QT any time I’m out of state traveling. The poor service and long wait times because both sides of register aren’t used makes me second guess that.
Definitely won’t be visiting this one again.

I went there this evening and was very disappointed by the security guard and one of the workers from the kitchen. They had plastic on 90% of the goods and were prohibiting purchase of these goods.
These employees were openly mocking customers disappointed in this reality.
None of the customers mentioned any discomfort, but these two employees were very verbal in their interpretation of the faces of the customers.
Very disappointed in this location's hiring practices. They are subpar.
