I travel for work all over the U.S. and one thing for sure, is a stop at a QT because they are always so clean and orderly along with great customer service.
Well not this place, customer service was OK. I mean nobody was rude but when talking to them you only get a short response because the employees are to busy texting or talking amongst themselves.
Meanwhile the coffee area is nasty with crusted I don't know what, but it was thick on the grates and the coffee area had clearly been negleted for some time along with rotten bananas on display for sale with nats flying around them.
The bathrooms looked like they hadn't been cleaned in days, the amount of over flowing paper towel all over the floor. The restroom stalls were some of the most disgusting I've ever seen at a QT and I've visited many of them.
I definitely Regreat passing up several other places to to go here.

QuikTrip is usually a good experience this indeed will give a good experience with courtesy from the employees, the knowledge of the employees, and is still generally a good experience every time you visit a QT

Drug deal here all the time, they allow the homeless to sit right outside the door and harass customers for money.

My local QT whilst I was in town. Mackenzie was always my favourite server: always funny and tolerant of the Mad Brit! Gutted that the Strawberry Banana slushy was always out of service though, that flavour does bang.

Five stars, but also the cold brew is always out of stock so I've been going less often.

(! Needs Attention !) QTs are the best… but the Free Air Pump at the Loughborough Ave and Gravois Ave QuikTrip needs a new 1/4 in. NPT Ball Foot Female Tire Chuck fitting as the Free Air has been rendered useless.Someone removed the center piece which will not push down the valve stem on your vehicle to allow air in.One could buy one at Harbor Freight for $2.99.

i wouldnt even leave a star if i could, i was at the register and had a pack of waters and a receipt from the qt kitchen for milkshakes ANA N said she scanned the order wrong after my boyfriend had already entered his card and the machine said approved, she said we only paid for the water due to her mistake, then she said she couldnt scan the kitchen receipt because its already been scanned..... so i obviously asked for the receipt for the water to make sure i only paid for the water and she said "yeah yeah yeah you'll get it" and i asked for a manager, the woman that was standing behind her during the interaction said she was the manager and said that her employee had no attitude, several people in the line spoke up at this point and said the employee DID have an attitude and a very nasty one at that, so the manager finished ringing us out for the milkshakes and when i asked for the receipt for the wayer she would only provide me one for the milkshakes which i ket showing her the water wasnt on the receipt and i wanted proof i wasnt ivercharged, she denied me a receipt then while i was waiting for the milkshakes the person said they hadn't bwen pid for and i started to say they had been pid for their was just a mistake made by the cashier, the cashier ANA N then screamed at me in front of the whole store saying she didnt make a mistake and that i did, the qt kitchen guy apologized and then the manager screamed at me across the store as well and said "stop causing issues in my store" and at this point once again multiple people in the line stuck up for us and said the workers weere being rude and they shouldnt treat their customers this way, a person even walked out due to the way i was treated. they acted like i was stealing when i was literally waiting for my milkshake on an order they messed up and refused to give me receipt for, i then walked ovr to the counter to get the names on their tags, the manager covered her tag and when i asked her name she said "what, you too dumb to read?" and i said "no ma'am your nametag is covered" and she just said "too bad, and im the manager anyway whatchu think gon happen?" the qt kitchen guy then apologized again and said her name is shay and she does this a lot. this qt is literally right behind my house and i've gone here since 2012 but i will NEVER step foot back into this store. i called corporate and they apologized and even sent something out to mg house as a sorry, im not sure what they sent as this happened yesterday, but i do appreciate the help of the staff at the corporate office. as for anna and shay, i hope you guys go to a customer service training or have a talk with hr, because treating people like this isnt okay. and as i can see from the recent reviews this place has gone downhill massively in a short period of time.... i wonder if thats when shay became manager?
