Horrible . They can’t do the basics. I wanted a Raspberry tea and it was empty then went fo a brat. Again out..the management just stood there.

Come to this location DAILY. Always clean, foods fresh, customer service is excellent - especially MARIO R! He's friendly, funny and ON IT! 10/10 recommend Watson QT!!

Breakfast is never ready, they have two guys standing around in that kitchen talking. I grab a sausage biscuit and it’s practically dough.

Went to grab soda and a donut. My first choice soda was marked out of order. 2nd choice soda was available. Went to pour it in the cup… all clear. No soda. Ok.. just get a donut. Long John… got home… took a bite… dried out. Will avoid this QT going forward.

Trash everywhere and the guy behind the counter was hiding where he could play on his phone. I had to ask him to come back to work so I could pay for my stuff. Place is dirty and nasty and employees could care less.

I stopped in this QT location (Laclede & Watson) for gas and ordered 2 pizzas on the QT app. Upon entering the store the young man in the kitchen informed me that they only had one pizza crust left. He was very apologetic for the inconvenience. (It was evening time) He asked me to see the young lady at the register for a refund. Emma informed me that a refund from the app was something I needed to speak to the manager (Ryan) about. Emma was also very apologetic for the inconvenience of the pizza crust and not being able to do a refund from the app. I told her and the young man in the kitchen that it wasn’t a problem. Emma (at the register)gave me some coupons for free drinks and offered a free drink while I waited for my pizza.
I have worked in customer service and know that it can be challenging when something goes wrong and a customer responds less than understanding. I believe in giving acknowledgment and praise to people who work hard in the customer service industry. The manager Ryan has a great crew of employees in Emma, Mike, Max and Omar. Thank you all for how exceptionally well you handled this situation! Keep up the great work!

Very unprofessional tried changing for napkins when I bought a icecream cone that he just threw together I also bought gas the service was so bad I got my money back for the icecream will never go back again ?

My girlfriend and I each got a fresh brewed tea here and a garlic pretzel. The worker named Gannon working in the kitchen had a smirk on his face when he handed us the pretzel. We both noticed it and noted that it was weird behavior (not normal service). When we got home, the pretzel was pretty much raw and not usually like the ones we get from other QT locations in the area. I suspect he didn't want to use the oven or whatever they use to cook the pretzel so that he didn't have to clean it. Overnight, we ended up both having bad diarrhea. This was the only thing we both ate this evening. I wouldn't recommend getting food from this QTK. We definitely won't be visiting this location anymore!

Someone just run th floor scrubbing machine and and didn't do a great job. Floor is wet. An accident waiting to happen. Tried to explain to staff, got ignored.

The only time I ordered out of quick trip kitchens. Order the bacon lettuce tomato sandwich and they forgot the bacon. And they don't carry my beer. Cigarettes are $2 more packed than 711 right down the street.
