People complain on here about the tea machines and stuff but we are constantly getting bad weather and delayed trucks even where I work at im a DoorDasher and I come here a lot they are super nice and friendly and by far the CLEANEST bathrooms out of most others

I was just in here and the cashier josh charge me for broken cups without me knowing I ask so your going to charge me for a broken cup that you are eventually going to throw he responds just remember next time I told him he need to let the customer know before he said just remember next time guess I will not be back because don't be rude to customers it's a right way to everything and not to mention I never get charge for extra cups I come everyday .

Soda machine has had these same problems for the last month. Store is usually dirty and under staffed. Soda fountains are always down at least 1 flavor. Now the end doors are closed all the time. This used to be a nice store.

Hands down the worst condition I have ever seen a QT in. Stopped in at 4:30pm on a Monday. ALL of the tea machines are broken. The majority of soda fountain selections are out or broken. Most of the slushie machines are broken. The kitchen was out of chicken. This is crazy because I know that QT has higher standards than this. Do better.

I LITERALLY NEVER HAVE A PROBLEM WITH NO QT UNTIL I COME IN THIS ONE I WONT SPEND A DIME AT NONE OF THE QTS JUST BECAUSE HOW THEY WORKERS TRY AND BE SARCASTIC WITH CUSTOMERS!

Store is always very dirty the new coffee machine out of order but they new coffee price is not out of order I go to qt 2 to 3 times daily not no more they coffee refill for 20 oz is $3.00 was $1.50 good luck last time going there for gas or anything that was my one stop not no more good luck on your new high prices

How do you only have 1 entrance to the building and have the side doors completely closed. Because yall can't catch the people stealing in here so we going to have 1 way in 1 way out?.. if yall actually had people here who actually work that wouldn't be an issue.. I see all the time people standing around not working while the soda area looks like a complete mess soda out trash all over then go to the counter and 4 ppl standing back there waiting for a customer to help.. make it make sense.. this quick trip is the worst one I've ever been in.. I make it my business to go to other locations or just go across the street to mobile.. I won't give this quick trip anymore of my money.. I don't even get gas from here anymore.. horribly run -5 stars if I could

While the manager exhibits a helpful demeanor, their efficiency wanes during peak hours when customers are rushing to secure their necessities and return to work. The glaring issue is the understaffing, with a lone cashier bravely navigating the checkout onslaught while others seemingly languish in the back, unengaged in productive activities.The state of the establishment is disheartening. It resembles more of a pigsty than a place of commerce. Napkins strewn about carelessly, shelves often barren, and when there is inventory, it's an uphill battle to actually obtain the desired product.The current conditions paint a bleak picture, and one can only hope for a substantial improvement. It's evident that this place is in dire need of a strategic overhaul—from addressing staffing shortages to implementing effective restocking measures. The potential for improvement is substantial, and customers deserve an environment that reflects a commitment to their convenience and satisfaction.
