I ordered 6 tacos, my husband and I and we couldn't eat them. I don't know if they did it on purpose or what, but it's pure condiment, we had to vote for it.

Hit or miss whether or not the pumps work or print out a receipt. They've moved their professional driver checkout to the front, where you'll need to wait for everyone else to be checked out before they'll stumble through trying to figure out how to print a receipt. Convenience is key and that's about all this QT has going for it. It's gone down hill fast since John retired.

I drive my rig to this QT at least a couple times a week. I've never had any problems. It's always as clean as it can be, because sometimes they're really busy. I've never seen employees standing around and just talking. They've always been polite to me. Sometimes the diesel pumps are down, but that's not the stores fault. I have never tried to sleep here, so I can't say if they will allow it or not. I see other reviews that they do not. But I see trucks here all the time that appeared to have drivers sleeping in them, so I don't know what the truth is. I've never had to push the thing to call for help, so I don't know how helpful they would be with that. I know at the other stores that I've had to do that the other places were not helpful. I find this truckstop a lot easier to utilize and more comfortable than the other ones in the region. So I don't understand all the negative reviews. I have been a better ones, but this one is better than most of the ones in the area. And I'm happythat it's pretty close to my work.

Slowest and dirtiest QT I’ve ever been to, and I’m a QT loyal. I go out of my way to find them when traveling.
The restroom had both paper towel machines out of order and toilet paper everywhere on the floor.
I ordered a couple of grilled cheeses before I went in, I paid for them, and waited 10 more minutes and they still weren’t done. I watched as the ineptitude of the cooks made them lumber to the back room for literally every supply needed for GRILLED CHEESE. Don’t you prep? Don’t you have any urgency?
Utterly ridiculous. I thought QT had standards.

Dirtiest QT I've ever been in, bathrooms are disgusting. 12 people waiting at counter and one girl working and 3 watching, I would not say that very quick.

THEY WILL HARASS YOU IF YOU USE THE BATHROOM. So apparently you only have a limited amount of time to use the bathroom before they beat on the stall and CALL THE POLICE. IF YOU ONLY HAVE A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF TIME TO USE THE RESTROOM THEN THERE SHOULD BE A SIGN POSTED.

Store is garbage. Filthy bathrooms with excrement and garbage everywhere. No flavored teas. Don’t stop here. Just keep on driving. No overnight parking per city ordinance for semi trucks. It needs shut down. I’m sure it definitely would not pass a health inspection.
