I had a horrible experience visiting this Rainbow store. Despite living in the US for some time, I faced extreme racism for the first time at this store. The store was locked from inside although it was 11:30 AM, but the staff were inside. When my sister approached the door, they refused to open it, claiming it was locked. However, just two minutes later, two African American women arrived, and the staff member opened the door and greeted them warmly. When my sister questioned the staff member about the rude treatment and the discrepancy, the staff member became confrontational and extremely rude. We pointed out that we suspected the different treatment was because we are not black, but the staff member denied this and continued to be hostile.

I went this store and the employees where horrible 1st employee told me while I was trying on boots to be careful because people try on shoes with dirty feet and sores on their feet.. I purchased boots and short set sleepwear but when I got home it was ripped on the side. So I decided to exchange the item for one was not defected.. I was told dry rudely I couldn’t no refund on lingerie.. I explained there is no way I did this ..She said she has to check the camera because no one they sold it like that . I told her ok then she said it will take a while.. As these employees argued about 8.99 I told them they can have it .. No one should be treated disrespectful when we are spending our money .. Please any other Rainbows just not the one on Lindell

Today is October 19th, 2024. The time is 10:29 am. There are people waiting outside to get into the store . The store is not open. As you can see, there are no lights on. I guess this is the manager's car. As I have read from other post, this is habitual for this location.

Constantly closing at least an hour before the posted time. This is the third time I’ve come here to grab a quick fit/accessory to complete my outfit & they are already closed at 6:50p-7:00p, despite the posted hours both online & on sign saying 8pm. & from other reviews, looks like they don’t open on time either. A shame.

I guess they open the store when they want to because it says that’s they open at 10:00am but here I am at 10:34 and they are still not here. This is crazy considering the fact I just needed a quick outfit for my daughter birthday. What an inconvenience!

Pulled up at 7:53pm the sign say they close at 8pm it’s about 4 workers in there looking at me crazy and the doors are locked smh

This store is ghetto and the young ladies are so unprofessional and rude. I said to the young lady with her back to me behind the counter I would like to make a return she didn't hear me I said it again then I walked around to the counter and said it once more and she still didn't hear me then I said it again she finally turned around from being on her phone then she yells for the other young lady who's putting up clothes throughout the store to come and wait on me, so unprofessional. On another occasion I witnessed the employees sitting around shooting the breeze and talking loud about foolishness as well as talking about another employee who makes excuses about coming into work and always calling off while waiting on customers. These young ladies do not even know how to talk to customers let alone know how to be professional. In fact they think the way they act and what they have to say is professional. How unprofessional is this? This is a disgrace. Truly training is needed and if I were you I would not shop at this storeI am never going back here to shop.:(:(:(
